Can’t log in, app freezes. What’s the fix or is their a fix?
iPhone 12
App is not letting me log into my diary since I upgraded my iPhone to the 12 pro max. It seems to be a common problem according to the people at the research study group. Not cool, this is a crucial research study !!
No longer gives Notifications
A recent update to this app broke notifications. I’m on the iPhone 12 with latest iOS, but others in the study have reported the same problem. Only way to know you have a pending diary entry is to log into the app. No worries, it’s only compromising the most important clinical trial in human history.

Poorly designed, not properly tested, cobbled together
I opened a form to look at it. It informed me to complete it if (and I presume) only if I developed symptoms. So I closed it, having no symptoms.
It then pestered me with notifications that I needed to complete a part-filled form.
I have now disabled notifications for this app. Anyhow the whole thing has become unresponsive since an upgrade to IOS 14.2.
My career was designing software. I despair.

Freezes
The app isn’t working anymore. It stays frozen on the log in screen. Please fix ASAP!!
App Stopped Working with IOS 14.2
App freezes at login screen.
Not working effectively.
Asks me for covid symptoms and keeps prompting me to report them even though I don’t have any! Same with temperature reporting when I don’t have a thermometer. Have had to give in to all the nagging notifications and give the best answers I could.
Won’t allow form to open
Despite numerous reminders asking me to complete my vacation diary the app will not open the relevant form. Very frustrating!
"When to use" should be clearer
It's now 7 days since my vaccination and prompted by repeated and insistent messages, I reluctantly filled in the forms, although I really didn't have symptoms I'll try snd telephone on Monday for clarity. But there could easily be a user manual incorporated into the App.

Confusing notifications.
My app has become “ live” ,7 days after my first vaccination shot and all day I’ve received reminders that I should complete forms with symptoms and temperature, however, I haven’t had any symptoms or to the best of my knowledge, reported any.
It either needs tweaking or clearer instructions.
