Service is dropping, intuitive things no longer intuitive.
This app is getting harder to use. I used to sing praises about commonwealth, but not any longer. It now takes a phone call to make changes to the amount of recurring payments! Meh! And the phone person is not much more knowledgeable than I am.
App suddenly rejects paychecks as duplicates
I have used the app for years for all deposits, transfers, etc. because I no longer live near a Commonwealth branch. Recently the app started rejecting checks from my employer as duplicates. Commonwealth’s only advice (after many phone calls & promises of help but NO follow up from CWCCU) was for me to drive to an affiliate and deposit through an ATM. I will do that Monday. I will also transfer my funds to another bank and I will close my Commonwealth accounts and delete this app Monday. No thanks to Commonwealth- terrible customer service to a customer of many years.

I love Commonwealth!
If you’re looking for a credit union, this is the one to choose. The staff is friendly and attentive, the products are diverse, and the rates are competitive. Tired of fees and long lines, check out Commonwealth Central.
Bill pay needs work
I can make one payment easily, either I’m just dumb or just don’t know how to navigate your bill pay. I have to exit bill pay to make another transaction 🤷♂️
Always helpful
I’ve enjoyed every visit I’ve made to the Silver Creek branch. They’ve always been very helpful. I financed a truck through them a couple years ago. I had the letter of loan approval for the dealer and a check for the total all within a few days. Automatic payments from my account and everything is done!

Love CWCU app!!
They have made it so much easier to review statements, read emails and check account data. Also, it’s so convenient to transfer cash and if I have any issues I know someone will help when I call.
By far Commonwealth has over delivered I don’t think I’ll ever go to another credit union. I highly recommend them and the app of course.

Awesome Bank
I appreciate that commonwealth covers my payments and I get my check up to 3 days early they are awesome especially the Silver Creek management and staff again thank you for all your hard work and support!
Solid app
I can access my account and make transfers/pay bills when needed. User interface is good. I’ve never had an issue with the app.
Overall easy to use
Over all easy to use and a great experience. I have had 1 new issue come up related to depositing checks. The camera gets blurry pictures. Not sure what’s wrong but this was not a problem a few months ago but now it is.
Excellent Online Banking!
This is the most amazing online banking app ever! It’s very user friendly, it has additional features I’ve not seen with other banks, credit card companies or any other entity of this nature. You can catagorize each transaction and even create custom categories. For example, I disputed a transaction and created a category for that so it shows up on my account activity. I’m not sure if the category name transfers over to printed statements but I’ll take a look and update my review.
Everything you could possibly need is on line from filing a dispute, transferring funds, depositing check copies, linking external accounts, applying for loans, you name it, it’s there. CWCCU is by far the best banking institution I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is outstanding and branch associates very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! You even get $100 for a new account referral. Never banking anywhere else again! Thank you CWCCU!
