No support- issues with time/notifications

Hi there I was really excited to incorporate this into my daily life but I have found issues with scheduling and notifications and when I went to email the support has come back as no address found

Mobile app only

This app can only be used on mobile. I find it hard to see yoga and do readings on the phone. Would prefer if it was available phone and on my iPad or computer.

Great app !!

Thanks to the team for coming up with this app !! I begin my day with guided affirmations by BK shivani and have experienced great changes in my lifestyle.. there are definitely some technical glitches like the app asking for subscriptions again even if paid., but I hope they’ll get fixed..

Just Stopped Working!

First, the app just stopped working after 2-weeks. It won’t even open and about a week before that I stopped receiving my daily meditations notifications. Additionally, you have to buy the premium package in order to access 90% of the meditations, which is a personal decision. Now that the app has stopped working, I’m happy I never brought the premium package. Hopefully, they can get these things repaired quickly because BK Shivani deserves better. She’s the best thing on the app and the only reason I downloaded it. Finally, contacting support doesn’t resolve anything. Please improve your customer service.

A must have for a spiritualist

I truly enjoy this app. I only been using for a few days and it has provided me with inner calmness. I hope to employ this app into my challenging and stressful life as a medical practitioner, wife, friend, daughter, sister, health and spiritualist; with my best intentions I meditate of balance on all these areas in my life.

Expensive

I read on the website that the app is going to be free for everyone. But it asks me to pay $35 a year to unlock sounds, yoga tutorials etc.

Also, no option to select canada as a country to get otp.

Can’t connect through OTP

Trying to download here in Canada, however not receiving the otp after submitting my mobile number.
