Scamming Company Leave

They illegally jail break your causing all types of soft ware issues you do not get unlimited wifi All reps are over seas with no respect I was called the N-word and hung up on twice when their SIM card was stuck SOS your are a criminal against US if you use the hacking company they move your location ping wen it comes to towers so in the U.S you are look suspicious smh they never want to give refunds even though one month I only have service twice due to them “ moving my location around” plus so many brand companies have a better pre paid plan if you. Don’t like agreements use them like they use you to jail break your phone and head over to straight real humans in USA and better service Now I have unlimited high speed data for only $55 vs their 20GB of high speed data for $65- I hate this company and how rude and care free employees are they laugh in your face if they are ready to go they will drop the call most companies ask for a good number incase the call drop but not this one because the drop it on purpose they are not here to help but to take US money we are funding. A scamming company over seas stop and I remember the eveil rep name who tried make a withdrawal from my bank at a freaking restaurant (ERIC) stop supporting the trash can of a company.

Absolutely USELESS

This app is terrible. I can’t even see how much data I have and the top-up payment options are weak. $10 for just 2GB of data is diabolical. At least make it a little interactive where we can try to earn some money to pay for data or something. I’m tired of having to remember to turn my cell data off because it runs out as fast as get it

Not satisfied

The app doesn’t show how much data I have left. It alway says there is 0gb data left even at the start of the month. I have data but I never know how much is left.

Every time I call they always mad also they always selling me air plane tickets but it’s only a one way to New York .

why is my AT&T phone not get any signal

need service to resume. this seems like fraud.

Terrible

First, push notifications states I’ve used 2.30gb when the cycle just renewed and under my WiFi. The app is sooooo slow & I cannot view usage anywhere in the app.

Customer service was very rude as well.

Improvement

I’m giving this a 5 not because it’s perfect, but because there was a time there was no app available, and so this 5 is for the effort and time it took to reach this point. Thank you.

Complicated

Everything with this company is annoying and complicated. It shouldn’t be this difficult to pay a phone bill. The mobile app is not reliable. If I call in I have to wait until the company open to restore services. I have to find another company. I do not recommend. Starting services with Gen Mobile

cant make CC pymts, useless

Keeps giving error "Please enter valid action" followed by a list of credit card names (Visa, MC etc) when trying to make a payment. Cannot complete payment. Tried several times.

New app is better than first version which didnt work at all.
