I had the new costumer deal set for 3 months, $12 per month. The only condition was to auto renew every month. First off, activating the SIM took HOURS. LITERALLY 4 HOURS! The service still sucked on my phone when I did have it. And low and behold, after one month they canceled the deal for $12 a month because they couldn’t auto renew it. I was on the phone for about 3 hrs a day for 4 days and they told me that the auto renewal was an issue on their end but I was still no longer eligible. So I decided to switch providers. They made me buy a $15 plan because they said they couldn’t give me the info of transferring without me having a plan, and once I transferred, I requested a refund since I only used the plan for 20 MINUTES. Their site says their team will respond via Email in 48hrs. It’s been 2 weeks, and 4 Emails later and I am still to receive my refund. If I don’t get my refund by the end of next week I’m seriously reporting this company to the Federal communications agency because the stuff their doing is definitely illegal
