Useless service ever
Ordered a physical sim which never delivered. Kept on calling Customer care again, and again they kept on asking the same details repeatedly but with no results. Above all, no refunds for my plan and they even cut monthly plan prices for second month as well for the sim that was never delivered to me. HorribleShow lessDeveloper Response

It might seem tempting because of the price but you get lines from other companies for the same price. Optimum currently has $15/month offering. LYCA mobile is outdated, does not have a smooth eSIM transfer process, and will also try to take as much as they can from you while leading you on. They are a joke. Bought sim card on July 9th and never worked until today due to technical issue. Every time I check in the status of the ticket it's always in progress. Their Customer Service people are horriblly incompetent to inform me what's wrong or to give me timeline for completion. I'm switching to other company.Show less
