I’m not joking!! First of all, if you use data at all, make sure you get the plan that has double the data you think you’ll need. Why? Because THE SECOND you hit your data limit, THE INTERNET SHUTS OFF COMPLETELY. No iMessage, no checking your bank account app, you can’t even check the Red Pocket app!!
And I have no idea what others are saying about excellent customer service. When my girlfriend (who is on my plan with her kids) reached out to Red Pocket the first time the internet was shut off, she was told it was the kids’ fault for being so “irresponsible”with their internet usage!! Are you kidding me??
And, as if to add insult to injury, I’m STILL paying for the “unlimited” plan ($40/month); my current phone update on the app SAYS unlimited, AND I DON’T HAVE INTERNET.
Absolute garbage. I’m going back to AT&T. At least my loved ones won’t be called irresponsible by their customer service.
