Never works

I’ve downloaded this app 4 times and Everytime I do it does not let me send verification code to access the app. No point in having an app if it doesn’t work🤦🏽‍♂️

Fraudulent App

This is a rip off. I bought this phone and the next thing I know all the account info was changed without me knowing it. I have a phone that’s not linked to me anymore and I don’t know who did it and Gen Mobile allowed this to happen and won’t tell me a thing. Somebody help me before I go to prison behind someone I don’t know and for something I didn’t do. God, please be with me

Doesn’t Work!

This app doesn’t work! I’m trying to get a verification code for the 2nd step and it keeps saying that an unexpected error occurred. Very disappointed!

Unreliable

The app has always been fairly buggy. Lately any attempt to view or manage an account errors out with “The Gen Care app could not start a session with the server.”

Excellent service

This is a great phone service that uses the Sprint network. I signed up for my mom to make international and domestic calls for $15 a month. It is a much greater value than buy phone calling cards to reload.
