Won’t Open

Downloaded and installed but will not open. Reinstalled 3 times with phone turned off/on - no avail. Tries to open; hexagon background briefly visible, then white screen and freezes.

I feel my initial poor review of this app may have been unfair. With the current COVID-19 situation it appears that the number of users increased suddenly and the IT struggled. This seems to have been addressed so it now loads quickly and doesn’t keep saying it’s offline. The information is interesting rather than useful, in particular the Rochester UK site doesn’t seem to be using it.

Great for Updates

Has all of the latest updates which is extremely useful in currently climate.
App didn’t allow me to log in straight away however I contact the email stated and was rectified within minutes.

A bit useless

For some reason the most upto date article is from October last year and it just keeps constantly logging me out and back in again ?

Doesn’t Work

Unfortunately for me this app just doesn’t work. I logged in ok but since then the new items are all empty and just flash.
