Reviews of UTA BusTrack

  • Not happy.

I don’t understand this bus system I can’t even find the time of bus when the buses comes here so I’m not very happy with you people. Thank you.
  • Disappointed.

We as taxpayers contribute to the trax and UTA . That funding is supposed to be used for the improvement of the UTA system. Am I correct thus far? So, why do we have to pay for any part of the app? It should be free to transit users because one way or another, they already pay to have the use when they pay fairs. Other than that, it appears to be a possibility l, if you fix that glitch. We paid in our taxes for the upgrades to your system, so I honestly feel that tax payment and the fare paid to use the transit, should more than cover your expenses. Plus, perks like that, where they don’t have to pay to use the app, will generate more users, which means, more riders. I’m speaking of the “PREMIUM ACCESS” fees by the way. Anywhoo, thank you for your time concerning this matter,
    Sincerely,
    Dawna Ballenger (frequent rider)

  • Hard to read

Each bus stop location takes up a large portion of the screen. Also, there’s a premium version for a public transit app. Kinda weird. Also, you can’t look at just one route, every route with every bus stop is on screen making it literally impossible to see which road is what.
