Can’t see what you are typing
Not from Utah. Stayed downtown at little America on business. Salt lake is beautiful. This app is absolutely garbage. Complicated, clunky, can’t see what you are typing because of the garbage format. You can do better Utah. Use gps. If I scan a barcode to park I shouldn’t be on my phone for 15 minutes to park. Streamline this garbage slide!!!!!!!!!!!

Just took my payment and removed amount for payment
So the app took my payment and the stall I paid for and it doesn’t show in my app.
Funny I can’t contact anyone for help and so I’m at the mercy of parking enforcement and spent time proving I paid for the parking.
My history shows that your app took my payment but nothing shows up in my app that the stall I paid for is paid.

Unable to pay
Not sure what happened, I used to think that this app worked decently well. Today I tried adding a new payment and nothing would go through, tried multiple payment types and everything failed. Ended up having to leave in the middle of dinner to finally use a machine outside
