App and customer service is awful
The app has not updated or moved my kids bus in 3 weeks. It’s showing the bus at my house and even showing the date it last moved. When I send screen shots and explain to them the bus should not be at my house in the middle of the day apparently the issue is resolved. No way to get any real help so I just hope the bus continues to come on time. I hate that my school switched from Here Comes The Bus to this useless app

Changing bus numbers.
Recently the app decided that my child rides last years bus number instead of this years. My child has missed the bus twice now due to this. The school district had it fixed for the afternoon 2 days ago and this morning it’s showing the wrong bus again. When the app works as it’s supposed to it’s great!

It’s never accurate
The drop off time is wrong. It alerts every time it passes his stop even when it isn’t for my child. Today it is saying no pickups scheduled which freaked me out. I call transportation and they say it is but the app says no. His teacher tells me the bus is late but I have no idea where my child is or when my child will be home. He is 4 and the app gave me comfort but now we may have to rethink him taking the bus home.

No issues here
We have had no issues so far. All my kids take the same bus (so I cannot attest to how it works with different routes). We get notifications in the morning when the bus is near and after school. Gives us good peace of mind. We also get notifications if there is a delay in the bus.
Needs a lot of work..
The first few weeks, it didn’t even work. Then it did for awhile and was decent, but now it stopped working again and I don’t see any improvement.
False alerts, missing real alerts and just a brick of an app…
First of all this is an incredibly heavy app. Compared to the last bus app it takes over twice as long to load on a brand new iPhone. The. There is the issue of false alerts. Basically anytime ANY bus is near my house I get a notification. Then there is the fact that when my bus actually arrives I don’t always get notified. This app is every problem with Here Comes The Bus - but worse. Gotta love being forced to use it as the only option!

Great App
This app has been a game changer. I have not missed the bus since. Even though the app could use a huge update. I think it works fairly well with highschool students. Ive put so many people on with have app. Thank you Edulog!!
Needs fixing
This app is nice but needs some bugs worked out .. when my child has a sub bus this app doesn’t notify me so my child misses the bus or it’s constantly saying the bus is 0.5 miles from my house multiple times so it’s never accurate I never know when the bus shows up the driver has a set time for pick up but either comes early and leaves or is late I’m pulling my hair on this app ugh

Not reliable
This year the bus arrival varies by up to 12 minutes so it is important for the app to work. It is hit or miss. Often I try to see where the bus is and when I open the app, I get a message that says no students assigned a bus today. I have to keep refreshing and sometimes it will work. It freezes and the bus comes but the app shows it still in another location. I’m very disappointed that my district switched to this app. Our old one worked great!

Works well until there’s a substitute bus
Please fix the app so I can track the substitute bus along its route!!
The app works like it’s supposed to as long as the bus that normally picks up your child is running that day. This app no longer tracks substitute buses like it used to. I’ll even receive alerts that my child’s bus has been substituted for another bus but won’t be able to track the new bus until it enters the alert radius.
