Concerned Parent
So, initially, I was very excited that they had an app for transportation. Now, after using it for about one year. It always glitches, it updates me on different routes for my kids, and like stated before we are not even on that route!! That is not safe, and there is no communication. Also, the app always, and I do mean always logs me out. Says my kids are on a different bus route!! I think if it had a better grasps on all the glitches, then it may be a smoother process for myself and other parents. Now I do know, this app is pretty new but at the same time, to me is all about safety and some of these areas are not safe. Especially when you have students standing at the bus stop and scared that they are being left, because the information from this app is incorrect.

Could be great if it worked.
It’s just a bus schedule. That’s it. It tells you when the bus is supposed to show up and when it’s supposed to arrive, which is the just the default information plugged in from the schools website. The GPS service to track your child’s bus is “not available” and there isn’t any real-time data pertaining to your bus. Even if the bus physically doesn’t show up, the app still says it’s on time. So what’s the point?

App often does not work at all.
While the app sometimes works. Most of the time it says “no students have scheduled transportation today” sometimes force closing the app and restarting will get it to work. But most of the time once i see this message there is nothing I can do to get it to show the location of my kids bus.
The other issue i have is that my kids assigned bus is not always the bus thats used to pick up and drop off my kid. So the GPS i see is off on another rout or shows the bus still at the school.
All in all this app can not be used. Between not working and incorrect location information if I were to use this app we’d consistently miss the bus.

Constantly glitching or not showing my kids bus
I might as well not have the app if I still have to randomly walk outside when I “think” the bus is in the area. It will definitely alert you when its .05 miles away. However, when you try to look at the actual GPS from where the bus location is, it’s never there.
Negative Start Doesn’t work, at all
I would definitely give this zero stars if I could. I thought this would be a helpful app for my son so that he doesn’t have to go outside and inclement weather if the bus is still far away. However, the app does not work at all it has been in the same spot for three hours on the app but it just picked up my child two minutes ago. Also what’s the point of the alerts? They do not work at all either. -5 stars.

Okay
When this was brought to my child’s school last year it worked great. This year the gps is never enabled. My sons bus is often late so gps enabled would be very helpful in gauging how long the wait is. Occasionally my sons info disappears too and I have to re-enroll. Very helpful when it works.
Great idea, terrible execution
If this app would just work 100% of the time it would be great, but 9 times out of 10 when i go into it, it says “no students have scheduled transportation today” and it has completely removed me from the app. I’ve tried closing the app and opening it again, I’ve tried resetting my phone even, but nothing can fix it other than having to add myself again. It is a huge inconvenience and something i shouldn’t even have to be dealing with

Glitchy programming
I’m not sure what the issue is but I’m getting notifications that the bus is nearby but when I open the app it says that I don’t have any transportation scheduled and tells me I don’t even have a kid registered. Sometimes the issue resolves itself if I leave the app open and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s too unreliable and glitchy.
The latest update created more problems than it solved and now it hasn’t updated the location of the bus since 2:00pm, two days ago.

Worst app the school has ever used
We’ve gone through a few bus apps in the past few years, and I was excited about this one after promises it would be better than the last one. What a disappointment. Nothing is in real time on this app at all. When I click on the map it shows me where the bus might’ve been 15 minutes ago. It also tells me the bus is approaching his bus stop on days he doesn’t even have school. It’s honestly the most useless, pointless app I’ve ever seen. It has never once been correct.

App never works
This app more consistently doesn’t work than does. The bus icon has moved twice since school started, but now is stuck in the same location and is still dated 8/1/22 over the icon. A lot of the times I open it, it says there are no students being transported that day. It also glitched on my so being a student and I had enter his information again. Apparently now I have a cloned child…who is “not being transported today”.
