This is a defunct company that unnecessarily requires access to your WiFi *AND* for some reason reports back to their servers in China to allow to control WiFi devices. Hmm....

DoIT Smart Plugs for Home Kit Work Great
Purchased 2 of the DoIT Smart Plus compatible with HomeKit and the have been awesome. They work as good or better than other well known brands costing $35-$40 more for a set of two. Setup was quick and easy, as for reliability they have been rock solid. I use the HomeKit app most of the time (I just wish HomeKit was even half as reliable as these DoIT Smart Plugs). The DoIT app does everything I need it to and firmware upgrades of the smart plugs is quick and easy, heck you can even write your own firmware for them if you wish. For under $20 for 2 I actually think I paid $12.99 for them both, you can’t beat it. Am buying more of these 1.) For their reliability / they just work , 2.) For the great value for your money and 3.) For their compact size which doesn’t block the other plug (small round unit) and its white so it matches the outlet, not that anyone will likely even notice then as they just blend in. Overall I give the product a 5 out of 5 rating.

Complete rip off
Doesn’t work but it does make you enter your WiFi password while logged onto their server. Chinese company, you do the math.
Now I have to change my WiFi password. As others have said, you log onto the device then go back to the app and nothing happens.

Unable to login after creating an account. The app is not functional. Error messages and directions use poor english. Doubt there was ever a working version of this product.
Cannot even configure. Utter waste of time.
Was instructed to switch into and out of settings so many times, and always configuration will fail.
Providing location information is unnecessary. Just to save time entering your WiFi name (apparently). Don’t even purchase if you can help it.
