Missing some features

Just needs the quick week feature

Keeps improving

iOS app keeps getting more useful and easier to use.

I’m a fan.

Nice to be able to record things on the go, smooth interface.

Can’t copy and paste

It seems I can’t copy and paste notes from a previous day’s entry to another day. That would be most helpful and save time.

Poor app

ClickTime is always sluggish it deletes entires unexpectedly that you have saved.
Takes too long to upload images to expenses. Not enough character count for descriptions.
Freezes on saving. Too many glitches but unfortunately have no choice but to use.
Ok when it works first time.

Don’t like the redundancy

This seems to be a waste of time.

No iPadOS compatibility? Yikes!

Great app except a major flaw in that there’s no iPadOS compatibility. If you daily drive an iPad and need to log time with an attached keyboard, you’re either doing it through a browser, or stuck with doing it on touch screen or your phone. The web version on mobile is pretty awful, which would be fine if the app worked in landscape for tablets. Otherwise 5 stars, but this is such a huge and easy miss, it’s only 3 for now.

Nice UI

It is quite simple to use

Old version is better

Navigating the new app is confusing. Why just not just improve the old app.

Technology deprecates over time and the requirements of app stores constantly change; our old mobile application simply couldn't be modernized without a complete rewrite. The users we consulted strongly preferred a more modern look & feel, as well as the new features such as "recent" time and improved SSO options. Very handy for remote/field staff

We already love using ClickTime (web) but many of our people are working on different locations/projects these days and this app makes it super easy to track time, submit hours, expenses, etc and ‘pair that’ data with our users’ accounts when they can’t get to a laptop. The interface is easy to use, reliable and has a lot of great features. Supporting other mobile devices (tablets) with this app would be nice though, as some of our team need these out in the field. But overall great app and so useful!
