  • Great general use interval timer

    Most results for interval timers on the App Store are for HIIT workouts, and don’t offer as much freedom. They usually seem to only allow for periods of work followed by rest, you can’t have distinct intervals. This lets you create a list of intervals with custom names. Great for any sort of training routine, or anything really.
  • The best one out there, totally customizable

    This is by far the best interval timer out there. I’m picky about what I use and I almost never upgrade. Pay the upgrade to unlock, it’s worth it. The price is right and the features are worth it. The app developer is top notch.
  • Great timer.

    Interval timer does exactly what I need it to do. It allows me to set different times for activity and rest periods and alerts me when each period begins and ends. If I could associate audio with each segment and create custom notes or instructions for each timer it would be perfect.
  • Used with Training Peaks

    I use this app with Training Peaks cycling workouts. My workouts often have repeating stepped segments with longer intervals. It’s too complicated to just follow my Garmin. I start this the same time as my watch and it’s EXACTLY what I need to know what’s coming up next and where I’m at in the workout. A+ app
  • Great for Workouts

    Exactly what you need to create a timed workout. Minimal design that looks nice and gets the job done. You can name each interval and color them on your screen. Even has notifications when a timer/interval has finished. Would definitely recommend if you need to set workout timers.
  • Pretty okay app

    Nice to be able to plan my own routine. I landscape screen-mirror from my phone to my TV, that's great! One problem I found so far (after 2 routines) is the beep ONLY sounds if I'm running AppleMusic. IOW, the app doesn't beep by itself.

    I love this app! I can program full workouts for my group fitness classes and time every movement. It lets you create sections so you can make a warmup, strength, cardio, cool down, etc. with their own movements. If you like to repeat sets you can also tell it how many times to repeat a movement. My seniors in my classes love the bell that tells them when to switch movements too! Can’t say enough good things!

    I use this app for building workouts and a stretching routine. It’s pretty useful and works well. I’ve tried a few of this kind of app, and this was the easiest to work with. Sometimes there are issues if I’m listening to something else at the same time (like music) where the countdown will hang at the last second for a few moments too long.
  • I use this to dab at the perfect temperature

    It’s important to apply heat for a certain amount of time and then let the banger cool for a certain amount of time. Interval timer helps me ensure my dabs are always low temp and smooth so I can get as stoned as possible !
  • Works great!

    I have been a user for over a year now. I use this app to pace my weighted jump-rope routine. I can add an interval, and lengthen the interval/shorten the breaks at any time with ease. I even can set up a stretching routine and a warm up/cool down routine.

    It is great!
