  • The very best of all of them

I’m picky. I wanted a timer where I could program prep time, then do a set of 10 with small breaks between each rep, and repeat those sets 4 times with a break in between to change equipment. Then at the end of each I wanted different sounds. One sound for the beginning of the set, one for the beginning of the rest, and one for the end of the whole thing. I tried five different timer apps. Most either couldn’t do what I wanted, or worse, claimed they could do this, but then were so impossible to figure out how to do it that after multiple times I just gave up and deleted the apps. This was the only app that can, which mean the author must actually work out and understand what all you need. Furthermore, even though it sounds nerdy and complicated, she actually made it fairly intuitive to do so. Is it perfect? No. Perfect would be me dictating what I want and then the app intuitively being able to figure out exactly what I want without ever having to touch a keyboard or moving stuff around with click & drags. It will be a while before apps can do that with some precision. In the meantime, this app is as close to perfection as anyone can get. Kudos to the developer.
  • Simple, Sound Issue

Does what it needs. Big objection:
Sound options are loud and limited, and not to scale in volume with other audio that may be coming from the device.

You either need volume control options on the alarm,
    More simple beep options,
Or the ability to select native iOS sound effects like the other native apps allow (i.e. select text and email alert tones) - all that would require is letting us select from an iOS default context menu, no other work on your part. Those are sound balanced with other audio, and it immediately expands users’ range of sound options.
  • Fantastic Simplicity

The paid version of this app has given me so much flexibility AND structure in my running, speed & hill workouts, kickboxing and keeps me honest about how much time I’m stretching! I LOVE the streamlined simplicity of it and the full editing capabilities it has. Wonderful! This is the first time I have actually been moved to write a review for an app — THATs how much I’m enjoying and, more importantly, using it! I use it every day multiple times each day. If you’re very active and need a timer, THIS is the one!
  • Great customization while easy to use, only problem is low volume

Really easy to set up customized intervals and sets! I’ve only been having problems with the volume — even at the highest setting it’s not very loud. Since I’m leading a workout virtually I need all of the beeps (including the countdown beeps) to be audible in the video call.
  • awesome

I like everything, you can pick color for each item and that makes it much easier, I like the beeps so you could even be facing away from your phone, the one thing I wish was an easier switch from timer to timer but that’s just me being picky 😅
  • Really like it

This is the only timer i found that allowed me to vary my intervals any amount. Many other apps enable me to make sets of 3 minute intervals or 4 minute intervals nut NONE of the others allowed me to make the first set 1 minute the next four sets 3 minutes the next pair of sets half a minute etc.
this program allows for full customization- which i use for training when i run 🏃🏿 and also for timing yoga poses in a sequence (you can imagine how useful full customization is for these two activities)

And the price was only 99cents !
    Buy it now 😊
  • Could still use some work, but overall an okay timer

I purchased this timer to help organize my training runs. After reading everyone’s reviews how upgrading adds so much more to the use of the timer, I upgraded.

    What I like:
I like that you can have unlimited timers. Great for various workouts.

I like that you can add the 3-beep countdown when the timer is about to change intervals.

I like that you can use different sounds to differentiate intervals.

What could use improvement (could be bugs):
The volume is inconsistent. If the screen is on, the volume is true to the phone’s volume. If the screen is off, the sounds are muted and so you can’t hear the tones, say, if you were to put your phone in a running belt. The volume is only a fraction of what the actual setting is for the other apps on the phone.

Sometimes the timer freezes if the screen is off.
  • Flexible programming is here!

Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of design with this app. I use it for conditioning where multiple movements for time are involved. Maybe I missed it but a countdown timer that exists outside the sets & reps would be a great addition. Also, a place to record reps completed would be nice! Overall, a great app.
  • Useful timer app

This little app works well and can be customized and tailored to your own needs. I use it mostly for working out and have programmed perhaps 15 different timer settings for my exercise routines. For example, a 6 minute timer that beeps every 30 seconds, an 8 minute timer that beeps at 2 minute intervals, etc. The visual display is excellent if your phone is positioned horizontally. This flexible app is inexpensive and worth the money.
  • Awesome

I actually really like this app. you get 3 timers but are able to add as many intervals as you’d like, and there are no ads which is amazing. I actually recommended this app to my sister and we both use it everyday
