Only been swimming so far but may try gym.
Pool is lovely, shower cubicles could be cleaner, and changing room floor is sometimes too wet. I’m not a fan of mixed changing, but no problem really.

What is the point of this app when I can only book a swim time for myself online but then have to phone up to add my 2 daughters to my booking which I couldn’t do online!
The most frustrating app I’ve ever used
I’ve basically resigned myself to never taking my children swimming in this country again. This is the most anti user friendly app I’ve ever come across! How do people actually book anything?
Why would I be booking a session if I lived in Mexico? Why is that even an option? Do you have pools there? And if you do apparently your only language options are French, English or Welsh?
Trying to add a child to my account, isn’t as easy as adding them under your details and clicking a few buttons. I can’t book more than 1 place to swim and pay for it for me and my child but I can book free stuff by simply filling in a number?!

Unbelievably terrible
Aside from the fact the app doesn’t fit on the screen and is really uninterested in recognising touch screen inputs, it just doesn’t seem to work.
I’m trying to book a swimming session and it’s telling me I’ve input my card number incorrectly, but won’t tell me what I’m supposed to do.
For a company that charges £30 a month for membership this is shockingly bad.

Secure?
About to make a payment for a booking and there is no lock icon at the top of the screen. Is it secure because it’s an app? I don’t know so don’t know if it’s worth the rest
Unusable
Can’t pay, get a “Client error.” Website and app don’t work together. Can’t link my website membership to my existing membership so I’m having to pay for sessions in addition to my direct debit. No support for iOS passwords and payment cards. Form validation is completely broken. Can’t see bookings I’ve added on the website. Can’t type in my birthday. Postcodes must be in uppercase, but doesn’t tell you.

When will we be able to book for badminton?.
Easy to use
This is the easiest way to see all the swim sessions and classes that are available, and really easy to book too. I have 2 local centres saved and it’s easy to switch between them. So much better than trying to book via the website!
