    This isn’t the first second or third time I will send money out of my app and it will be processing for a full day without any form of reversal…. I’ve been texting your customer care through different platforms all morning and no one has replied me yet it’s so bad, you guys have ruined my day once again like you normally do

  • The app isn’t useful without our usd virtual card

    Please bring back your virtual card services the rest out there are nonsense

    I was debited for a failed transaction and after several complains, I was told to wait for 7 working working days and after the completion of that, I was asked to wait for another 15 working days, an now it been over 20 working days since I have gotten my refund, is this a kind of scheme or what
  • Privacy needed on the app

    It’s a good mobile banking app, but please help us make an upgrade to improve privacy. There should be a way we open the app with pin or Face ID, cause anyone who has your phone can easily open the bank app without any security.

    Sincerely barter by Flutterwave is a game changer. What more could I ask for. Their customer service is simply outstanding. I had a problem with my account and their response was really the best. I would even say the delay on solving my account problem came from me. Thanks Flutterwave, I really appreciate. Please add the PayPal payment method in countries like Cameroon because there’s no PayPal business in Cameroon it doesn’t mean Cameroonians don’t have PayPal account. If you add the PayPal payment method in unsupported countries it means anyone in Africa can withdraw money from PayPal.

    Hello. I have been trying to send out money through my barter app and I’m getting this message; “you have exceeded your monthly frequency for this product, wait till next month”
    I have checked my monthly transfer limit and everything is still good. What is the issue!!!
