  • When are you going into Nigeria?

    Your business app suggests that users can send funds to Nigeria but I’ve just downloaded the personal app to send money and Nigeria is not on the list.

  • Unable to use the app

    So now that I'm unable to use the app because I’ve not downloaded the new version, how do I fund my dollar card so that Apple can charge for me to be able to update your app? Cos I don’t know why I’ll be unable to use a finance app because I didn’t upgrade it just 1 time. Even all the past upgrades I don’t see what has changed or improved on the app.

  • Definitely misleading

    This app is not operational in Canada but says otherwise online. I have tried setting up my account on various occasions but still no Canada On the app.

  • I’m unable to withdraw

    Y’all don’t have customer service or any means a customer can reach you I’ve been unable to withdraw my momey for over a week even your solar card was charged from Visa card to MasterCard so it’s as good as useless as the card can’t be used to buy internationally anymore ❌ this app isn’t worth if you’re new nd trying to download it’s not worth it… flutterwave acct on Instagram isn’t responding to anything that has to do with barter app they will ignore you… ur money is stuck if you top up

  • What an awful experience with barter

    I was able to deposit into the app without any problems but when it came to withdrawal issue developed its been months since I made transfer to another account and till date me and the beneficiary haven't received any dime am so annoyed and regret using this app
  • This app is extremely frustrating

    Sent money to the account to fund my dollar account, not working. Tried to use the money to buy airtime, can’t buy more that 30K. Okay, let me send my money to another bank that will allow me use it, transfer is not working. So what is now working on the app?
  • The change from Visa to Mastercard

    The Visa card I was using was fine up until you guys abruptly changed it without warning to master card.. and now the new card does not work on the sites I use it for.. this is just stupid.. you claim you did it for us, but how it was, was just fine.
  • Amazing And Efficient App! I love Barter!

    Not only have I never experienced any technical issue with Barter, I love how it prompts us to update the app when an update is available it simply means they want us to have the BEST version at all times. I love it! ❤️Keep it up Flutterwave! The security is also 100% ! Best best best app! Thank you so much for filling this gap in Africa!

  • What happen to the rate

    What happen to you showing us the rate before funding our card, what do I expect it’s a Nigeria app , and they lack transparency, how can you expect me to fund my card with out knowing the actual rate of what am funding , that’s manipulation and I will report that to the cbn , because you guys don’t want the customer to see the rate but you leave the rate at 0.0. Please do good and stop acting the Nigeria way of fraud , just leave the act of showing the rate the way it was before funding a card.
