Mobile deposit needs improvements
Used to be able to see deposit pending or posted for mobile now unable to see that information anywhere. Would like to know if the deposit actually went through or not.
Won’t update
Ever since the app update it hasn’t updated my purchases. Wth what’s the point of have my account in my pocket if I can’t quickly see!!!
Transactions not accurate
It does not update transactions. There’s always a bunch pending and the balance is incorrect! Frustrating. I am also never able to login online. It makes me reset the password & when I do it tells me there’s an error & to try again. I even deleted the app. It should work more accurately.
Check deposit
I totally enjoy being able to deposit a check through the online app. It makes it so convenient especially with the gas prices being so high right now.

I’m a very new user to this app. At 65, to say it’s challenging would positively be the understatement of this CENTURY!🙃
I’ve found it’s difficult at times to negotiate. On the other hand, I’m extremely happy with the understanding support I’ve gotten from bank staff.
I’ve learned to deposit and as of today, transfer funds between accounts.
I call this my SAVING GRACE because I don’t drive and getting into the bank is difficult at best.

Great app
Love how you can access accounts and transfer within and also deposit checks through app without having to drive to bank, especially when you get off work when the bank closes.
