Mobile deposit
The mobile deposit is sooooooooooo complicated and frustrating!!! I have taken over 20 times to take a “perfect” four corner shown check and it won’t work! The bank need to address and fix!

Why is it always doing maintenance whenever I want to check on my account. So frustrating! Always giving me an error message, so I have to literally wait for hours just so their maintenance is done before I could check my account.

Login issue after upgrade
After upgrading to the latest version, the app is saying that my login and password are incorrect. I’ve tried so many times with the correct user name and password. Please fix. Thanks!
Clean but transferring money got complicated
I used to use the site to transfer money to my parents when they needed it and it was a simple process. From what account to which member number and how much funds but now it’s more complicated. I have to know not only their member number but their ID? And if I want it to go to a share or loan account and know what their number to that account is? Literally everything else is awesome but transferring money to my parents (or any other member) is the only time I really use it and I can’t even do that
