Review on reading busses
I really enjoy this app because seeing as my car is in garage getting fixed I have to take bus to work and I can check this app to see how long I have until bus comes and then I can leave just as it gets around to the corner

Wrong bus icons and times
This app was great at first but now she’s failing me. It tells me when there’s a bus near by or when a bus is coming and even shows me the bus icon travelling the route but now it doesn’t show the correct bus times or even icons. Like I wanted to take the bus 6 and it told me it would be arriving in 5 minutes, I checked the map to see where the bus is but there wasnt any buses nearby that was even 10 minutes away. I said “okay maybe I should just go sit at the bus stop, it might be a replacement bus who knows” I waited 30 minutes before the bus came and I was nearly late for my work. There are other instances of this happening.
Like me looking for a bus 6 and 600 arrives very weird. But all in all I’m still grateful. Please try to fix the bugs on this

Reading Buses
Literally the best app ever. Saves you from standing at a freezing cold bus stop as live times are easy to find and updated accurately. Love the little live bus pictures you can watch coming! Thanks Reading Buses!
Cancelled buses not shown
Overall the app works well but where it falls down is on providing useful real-time data on cancelled services. Cancelled buses still appear on bus departures without live data so you’ve no way of knowing if the bus will arrive or not. If a bus is cancelled, please can this be clearly shown so passengers are not left standing around at stops. Thank you.

Continued failed payments
ApplePay seems like it should work with this app but absolutely does not. I’ve had constant issues trying to use ApplePay, and just this morning I went to buy a ticket and got “payment failed wrong post code”. It’s not the wrong post code, and I did in fact get charged for the ticket but didn’t receive a ticket.

Wish the buses times were updated
Great app, it shows exactly where the bus is and the routes of all the buses around the reading area. Only big downside is that the app says the bus will be at a stop at a certain time and never ever comes on time; usually 10 - 15 minutes later than when it says it will come. Messes with your schedule, but if you don’t care about that everything else is great!

App Freezing on iPhones
Dear developer Reading Buses app is freezing and location is not available or accurate… I cannot use the app anymore… it only works for 10 to 15 seconds.
App is bugged since update and does not run
This app worked reasonably well prior to being updated. Since updating to the latest version of the app it no longer works and freezes every time you load it. The overlay using Apple Maps is also terrible and buggy.
I’d rather performance and functionality over aesthetics. I personally do not care about seeing a 3d bus on the app. Is this a game or a live timetable ?

Really great app
This is a really great app! So easy to use. Very quick & easy to make payments, find tickets and routes. The only minor improvement would be to that very late buses tend to just drop off the list & you need to use the track vehicle function to find them again, particularly if you’re near the start of the route. Really great app :)

Simple Easy & Convenient
Such a handy app to have, I use it for mobile tickets which I Top-Up once a month with a few all day riders so I’ve always got a bus ticket to hand. The get you to your destination is useful as is the live bus timetable, even though I’m not a regular bus user this app is so easy and simple to use if your a regular traveler you must get it
