One week ago I purchased top up of $35, I was given free data for one day. On the next day when I left home my entire $35 credit went to zero I did not use my phone to make calls the day before because of the free data I use WhatsApp to make calls that day,what happened very disappointed very very disappointed. I tried calling several times but I could not get to speak to someone I would hate to have to leave the mobile and go to Digicel please don’t let me.Show lessEmayers20

I top up yo the 215 plan but you do not expose this plan for topping up; just the 99$ and the 315$ plan. You give no option for me to put the exact amount, so I’m always bound to put in more than I need please look at this for your rating to improveRead or Hear
