Why SWACU?

Every aspect of banking with the SW Airlines Credit Union has been superior to any other banking experience I’ve ever had. The people are courteous and informative, and the process is smooth and efficient. They offer some of the best interest rates in the industry. SWACU sets the standard.

Not As Efficient As The First One

1-The app needs to have the QuickView functionality that lets you see what you have in your account with a click of one button. 2-Please return the availability to do fast transfers. Having to search and then click at least four times to transfer money defeats the purpose of the app. I might as well use a computer. 3-Apple doesn’t allow for Fingerprint login, why not?? 4-In settings what does “Customize Your Online Banking Experience” mean? I clicked it and nothing happened...?? 5- What is the < button in the top left corner for? 6-The buttons/icons need to be bigger. The font is too small. These are just a few things that need to be changed. I agree with the other reviewer, I liked the old app better.

Good & Bad

Everything seems to work great. I’m able to open successfully on my iPhone and my iPad & use all functions. However, please bring back the ability to use LandScape (Horizontally\Sideways) Mode on the iPad. I miss that function.

Update is horrible

The new update won’t allow the app to display in any way other than portrait on an ipad. In addition, when you move between accounts and bill pay, you get kicked out and have to login in multiple times in “one session”. It’s harder to find the information that was displayed before and when you do, you get kicked out again. The app is meeting the level of customer service at SWACU.

Terrible.

I don’t write reviews often, but I had to this time. The SWACU app is just terrible. Extremely buggy. I just tried to login, and my face ID does not work. They tell you to go to profile -> profile updates -> and then biometric enrollment, but it doesn’t exist. This is just one of the many inconveniences this app has given me. Garbage app.

Update

The app keeps telling me to update, but every time I try to it just keeps taking me back to the app which keeps telling me to update, which keeps taking me back to the app. Any suggestions? Already uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck

So I’m trying to open the APP it says this version is no longer supported click update
Once I click update, it goes back to the Apple store, and there is no update
So I’m in a vicious cycle that I can’t use the app because there is no update 🤦‍♂️

Problems updating now

This is the worst app on my phone. I have always had problems with it. Now it says to update it but it will not update. Swacu needs to hire another developer. I am very disappointed with this app and now it doesnt work at all now!!!

Update?

No longer able to log into my mobile app as it keeps asking me to update the app to the newest version when I already did. It takes me to the App Store only for no new update to be available and now I have no idea how to access my account. Very frustrating.

Transfer funds doesn’t work

Trying to transfer funds between accounts and the app just spins and eventually times out. Having to switch to desktop. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t do basic functions?
