  • Upgrade is terrible

    The upgrade is terrible. It doesn’t recognize your password (despite it being correct) so you have to call in and every time you do this you must repeat it because as soon as you log out it the program no longer recognizes your correct password so then the circle will start over unless you can answer questions you’ve never given them the answer to. Also the security questions are so ridiculous “what was the flower growing on the easterly corner growing up” ... I have no clue so now I’m writing down all the security answers which is pointless and such a waste of time for “security protection “

  • Buggy

    They really pushed a big campaign talking of how their site and app will be modernized and updated and have all sorts of improvements. However, since I was using it, I kept receiving errors where I couldn’t even open the app because it said I wasn’t accepting cookies. Then I finally was able to get logged in, but can’t see details of my credit card because it kicks me out of the app and pushes me towards safari. There I get an error asking me to close the page. The technical architect behind this app and the QA department are really at fault for this dreadful release.

  • This update is trash

    How do we make things worse. The last app was way better. Better off using a browser.

    The browser lets me make transfers. The app doesn’t. 3 weeks now and still trash. Need to do away with this crap app. Look at all the reviews.
  • Can’t log in at all anymore

    New app came out and we are unable to log into our accounts by any means. Another step making swacu hard to do business with.

    This new launch is horrible! I can’t even access the app. Every time I enter my info, I’m denied access even though all my info is correct. I’m disappointed.

    When loading the app to use takes forever keeps spinning
  • Very buggy

    The mobile check deposit is very buggy. I also keep getting “access denied” messages when clicking the cancel button while in the check deposit page. The big “we’ve launched” banner at the top of the page is getting in the way of actual important items on the screen.

    I found another bug when trying to initiate a money transfer. No matter which account I select to transfer from, when I proceed to the next screen it shows my Savings in the “From”.

  • Not As Efficient As The First One

    1-The app needs to have the QuickView functionality that lets you see what you have in your account with a click of one button.
    2-Please return the availability to do fast transfers. Having to search and then click at least four times to transfer money defeats the purpose of the app. I might as well use a computer.
    3-Apple doesn’t allow for Fingerprint login, why not??
    4-In settings what does “Customize Your Online Banking Experience” mean? I clicked it and nothing happened...??
    5- What is the < button in the top left corner for?
    6-The buttons/icons need to be bigger. The font is too small.
    These are just a few things that need to be changed.
    I agree with the other reviewer, I liked the old app better.

    Thank you for your feedback. 1-quick view --press hamburger in top right, profile, profile updates, manage fast balances. 2-quick transfer--press hamburger, select transfers, make a transfer 3-fingerprint/facial recognition log in--hamburger menu, fingerprint login, fingerprint enrollment, enter username and password 4-customize--this is more for PC banking--you can turn tiles off and on 5-< button is the back button 6-font size--this depends on your screen size
  • Worthless

    After all the hype the updated app is less functional than the original. No way to update payment accounts on the app or full website. The payment portion takes you to a website instead of a payment function in the app. The only improvement is the fingerprint log in. Add that to the old app & it would be way better than the new one.

    We added the feature to add new payees in the app, which is an upgrade from the previous app.
  • Older App version was better

    I think new app has too much going on, is slower, the “instant balance” feature was better on the old app because it was on the home screen. Considering the hype, the new app is a let down.
