This app desperately needs to be updated. Please support Face ID so I can log in easilyHow to make payments
If you have a loan with SWACU
It is extremely frustrating to make a payment, I was late making my first payment thinking they would deduct it from your paycheck, but they didn’t tell you on how to make payment either.
And there’s no way to make a online payment anywhere not in the app or online on the website. And you get a $10+ fee over the phone trying to make a payment.
You have to be lucky to have a credit union around your area to make a payment.

The mobile check deposit is not functioning. It’s as if it doesn’t have access to my camera. Where the image should be, I see a white rectangle.Malfunctioning
The app has been loading extremely slow. So slow that after you enter your credentials it times out from it loading and you are still not able to login. It’s been malfunctioning for weeks.Not bad
Does what I need it to as far as checking balance, transferring and mobile deposits. Was also able to pay my car loan through the app when I had one which made it easy to pay off.Facial

Way to go Southwest! You still have the worst banking app in the entire industry. Old app was magnificent and smooth. This app wont even let you login. “Loading” for 5 minutes, close the app 5 times and still “loading”. Not to mention you dont have face ID, which every other bank has. Cant even send money through the app, it takes you to Safari, old app never did that.
Why wont you delete this app and bring back the old one or at least update this so it works right. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND UGLY LOOKING APP.Show lessSWACU
I like the old version much better. This one is not very user friendly. I can’t stand it. It’s very confusing on what money is actually out and what’s in. I’m about to switch banks due to this app and it not being easy to read.
