  • Bad UX and it’s only getting worst...

    When I first joined SWACU, the original app wasn’t great, but functional. A couple months later, a ton of hype was pushed out to users about a “new” app launching. Well, the new app launched and it was even worst because it totally was not a native iOS app, some crappy HTML wrapped app. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worst, we now have the latest update, which is a hefty pile of garbage on top of an already poor experience. Thanks SWACU. Perhaps you should consider firing your outsourced development team, because this is hot garbage.

  • Worthless

    I’ve been unable to see the main menu for a while! I have re installed and updated the app many times. Lots of bug and not fully function. THIS NEEDS AN UPDATE ASAP
  • Buggy and bad UI

    The Face ID frequently needs updating permissions. Mobile check deposit isn't working.

    It seems to get stuck after it logs out due to inactivity. I’ve had this problem a lot
  • Not up to date

    The navigation on this app is very difficult to understand. It does not have a clean look and easy accessibility to it like other banking apps, also having quickpay or zelle would be a nice addition as well.
  • App crashes access denied

    Please fix the issues, it keeps telling me to contact the bank. I did and no issues with my account. Please fix glitches
  • Poor

    This new app locks up my iPad Pro 11 from any action after logging out and returning to it’s home page. On app home page it displays a continuous polling symbol. Must power down completely and re-open to use iPad again for ANY function. Have deleted and reloaded several times, but does not fix.

    Due to limit of two devices enrollment / unenrollment steps have to be done after deleting and reinstalling. Still doesn’t fix problem, just ticks me off more. Reported it several weeks ago, no changes.

  • Can’t See E-Bills Thru App

    The redesign went back in leaps and bounds. I can no longer see the bills that I have on ebill. App totally lost functionality and ease with the redesign.
  • Language

    My app is in Spanish and we can’t get it back to the default settings. No one seems to be able to fix it. There is no setting to reset or choose language so I’m not sure how it even set itself like that.
  • Meh

    Overall not bad. But my issues are simple. The new update now doesn’t have a toggle box for remembering the login id. Also, I can’t set up the facial recognition. The option isn’t even there. Like my other banking app, it would just be less time consuming to have these features.
