  • Consider a complete overhaul of your app...

    My complaint is about the setup of the app. The arrangement of the app once your in could be better. I think it’s safe to assume that ppl want to know what’s in their checking before savings. Also, the print inside the app is small it’s hard to read.

    SWACU I really like you but I’m seriously thinking about switching to another credit union for ease and functionality.

    You may be losing customers over your app. Please reconsider better arrangement, setup, and/or a complete overhaul.

    When I log in, the account summary shows just a blank screen. The pull down menu comes up but then nothing to show summary balances. I agree, the old version was a bit better.
  • Very buggy

    I can not get it to open without support to unlock it.
  • Horrible

    Can’t log in at all, put my info and it’s like I’ve never had an account, it doesn’t recognize my info. Old App was much better.
  • Switch Priority

    This app has been very slow, the anticipation for the new app was overhyped for no reason! Definitely have to agree that the old app was better. Read a response to a comment that the app was created to have the feel of the actual website? That defeats the purpose of it being an application then. We can do that via the mobile site through our mobile web browser if that were the case.

    All I am wanting to know is if there is a way to display my Checking on top as my priority account then the savings below that. I’ve checked online and via the app and seems like I can’t make this change. I am just trying to let my checking display on top of the savings account but right now it continues to show the savings first then the checking below that. It’s bugging! No pun intended. Lol. Help?

  • Mobile banking app

    Terrible! Has less functionality than the old one. I can’t make a payment to regular bill pay contacts from my smartphone. I must use my desktop. Boo!
  • Doesn’t work

    I can’t transfer money from different accounts & couldn’t get to my money over the weekend. Tried to ad unlinked account & get a blank screen. Terrible app.
  • New Version of App

    The new version, released this summer, is horrible. It’s not user friendly, somewhat confusing and buggy.

    At least the old version was straight forward and simple.

    This new version needs a lot of improving.
  • Missing Functionality

    In the old application, one could pay bills through the app, but I haven't found where that can be done in the new app. That was an important piece of functionality.
  • Amateur technology dept.

    New app and new website are both horrific. Looking for a new bank!
