  • Doesn’t work

    I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it and it will not show me my accounts it’s just a blank page as soon as I log in.
  • Just did my first transaction…

    I just utilized the mobile app for the first time, and the first attempt failed as it said that the amount I entered didn’t match the amount detected. This was for the Colorado $750 tax refund. I did it a second time (changing nothing), and it went through, saying that it needed to be reviewed and the funds may take up to 7 days to be available. AFTER it went through, instructions on what should have been on the back of the check were listed. Seems pretty backwards. I was hoping to move my money from another bank to this higher interest account, but if these types of issues are pretty common (looks like they may be) based on other comments here, I probably won’t. I’m bummed for sure, as I’ve been excited to sign up since new hire orientation.

    Thank you for posting your feedback and we’re sorry to hear you experience issues with our mobile app. Just like checks deposited at the teller line, checks deposited through our mobile app are subject to holds. This is based on the SWACU's requirement to follow Regulation CC.   • Mobile deposit does not work

    I have had the hardest time trying to use the mobile deposit for a paper check. I have a check that I had to write “for electronic deposit only at SWACU” on the back only to get a different error message every time I try to deposit it. Now what am I supposed to do with this check I can’t cash? No signature detected. Account numbers not detected. Amount on check different that indicated. This is unacceptable

  • Terrible

    Ever since the 19.5 update, every time I try to log in, the circle loading icon stays on the screen forever and won’t log me in. I have no issue logging onto the website.
  • No longer working

    App worked fine. Then about a month ago before SWACU did a full system update at end of March Early April. I have been unable to use this app. Very
    Disappointed. Thought maybe a new app
    Update would follow. Nope. Issues is still there. Unable to log in and app is worthless.
  • Can’t access

    The app hasn’t worked in a month. Keeps saying mobile banking is experiencing issues… clearly. Please fix your app, guys…

    Constantly have to call IT to reset my password of being locked out all of the time.
  • I hate it

    I’ve never had an issue with this app until they (I guess) did an update. First, it suddenly wouldn’t let me use Face ID, then it was saying my ID or password was wrong. I call to fix it and they told me it was because I tried too many times so it locked me out. I know for a fact that I put in my password right so I knew that wasn’t true. Now four days later it’s doing it again… So I went in and did forgot password right? Well I go to login right after and it says user ID or password is incorrect!! I JUST MADE THAT NEW PASSWORD!!!! So I deleted the app and reinstalled it but that didn’t work!!! 🤬😡

  • Horrible

    Still after a year of trying to get these clowns to figure out why my biometric login isn’t showing in the app, I stopped hearing back from them. Their IT department needs a serious overhaul.
