To app developer City Hive: Turn OFF iOS app icon BADGES after in-app Notifications have been read by the user. It’s annoying and confusing to have them ON constantly. So, I ignore them. Change store
I have never been able to order with the app because it will not allow me to change the store. Winer47Winer47
Employees should ask if customer has the App!!! Or I should be able to add the transaction later.
If the store is busy and I get distracted talking to someone, I forget to use my app for rewards. I should also be able to scan forgotten transactions, if this happens. Please add this convenience to the app! Total Wine and More ALWAYS asks!PMK226
Not worth the time I have wasted
I love the stores and wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff, but the app is useless. 95% of the wines we enjoy are not listed in the app. This may be most useful to those that are just as happy with wines they may find at any chain store such as Rite-Aide, Target, etc. Nothing special or outstanding is available through the app.Show lessRosiesampson
Late...
I placed my order at 7:09pm.. I did not receive a confirmation email, as I have before. An hour later, I call the store asking about my order. Then boom. I get the confirmation email, as I’m still on phone with store. Took almost 1 1/2 hours for me to get my order.stacytorres
