Need to reinstall everyday and hope it will work.
Definitely not for small businesses who don’t have 24hr it person in house. below is more detail on the problems I’ve been having. It’s now months in and I’m having to hire a web developer to try to figure out the problem.… Because I am a small business and I need the convenience of this application to work (the ease was the reason why I chose to develop a woocommerce Wordpress website)… og review: Every single time, which could be multiple times per day, I have to delete this app off my phone and reinstall it… And then… I can only keep my fingers crossed that it’s gonna work. A few months ago there was no problem. Then they did some update, and ever since then I cannot process shipping. 90% of the time after I’ve reinstalled the app even then still will not connect and allow me to process shipping.… … revised::: it’s been three months since I last left the original review. The developer has contacted me with one message and then pretty much never responded. So there was never any resolution to this. I still can’t use this app. now won’t even let me login. I am 100% using the correct login information. I log into my website daily through the Internet. But on the app I can’t get in at all anymore. And this has been the resolution since they’re tech-support has attempted to help with one message, and then ghosting me.

I'm sorry to hear you are still having all those issues with the app. This is a very frustrating experience. However, looking through our tickets I was not able to find any tickets related to the username EditingExcitable. Would it be possible for you to send your site address and information about the issues you are having using the contact form in the Help & Support section of the app? This way the message will go directly to the Mobile Support team and we can work with you to find out what is the issue.
