Great classes, terrible all

I have been going to Barry’s for years and love the classes but the app is AWFUL. 1) it constantly logs you out and doesn’t remember your password or email, 2) no push notifications for getting off the waitlist so you have to constantly check your email, 3) when it says “get a spot in the studio” and you get a “reservation confirmed@ email you do not actually have a spot!!!! This is not clearly marked and you are actually on standby so you will drive to the studio, pay for parking, wait around, only to find out you don’t have a spot and have to go home. The front desk recognizes it is an issue and confusing but say the developers refuse to do anything about it.
