  • subscription not working :(

    I love this app so much. I paid for a yearly subscription back in April and have been using this app all the time since then. for some reason today it’s telling me I don’t have the subscription but when i try to purchase it says I already have it until April 2021. please fix this :((

    they’re working hard to fix the bug issue and i don’t want them to lose a star as a result 😹 the app the 10/10 when working properly. Thank you Cole & Tezza for communicating to get the issue fixed.

  • Help me please

    I need help getting this to work. This app is awesome. I love it. I want to be able to use it but my subscription isn’t working properly. It says I need to subscribe to use the things I want to use, but I am subscribed for it all. I have cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed. That didn’t work. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. That didn’t work. I have gone online to try and reach out for support and there’s nothing. I don’t know what else to do to get it to work.

  • My go-to photo editing app!

    I’m not one to pay for apps or leave reviews but since Tezza + Cole launched this I’ve been obsessed. So worth the money! It’s my go to and the only app I use now and with the video editing capabilities it’s literally all I need. Yes there’s issues with subscriptions at the moment and I’m not able to edit photos, but you know what. It’s given me a break from “having” to be on Instagram and during this pandemic a much needed breather. Thank you Tezza and Cole for creating such a brilliant app, for working tirelessly to fix the bugs and for sharing your creativity with the world! Big love xoxo

  • Subscription issues

    Hi guys! I love this app but I’m continuing to have trouble with subscription issues. I pay $5.99 a month to edit photos and videos, however, the app is not recognizing my active subscription. It keeps asking me to sign for a free trial. Could you please look into this issue? Thanks!

    Hi,
    There is no way to get app support other than leaving a review.
    Your app is still not working and having subscription issues, I’ve always paid and it’s not letting me access any paid content, for days now.
    I’ve deleted and reinstalled your most recent version and it’s still not working.

  • Disappointed

    Subscribed for the yearly video and photos. I’ve only used the app for a few weeks and now I’ve been locked out and it asks me to subscribe again.... pretty annoyed I can’t use this after paying $65....

  • Usually love this app!

    It’s the only one I use and don’t intend on changing but it hasn’t been working all day. I have had it watermarked and asking me to subscribe when I already am even when I try to restore it keeps saying that i can’t purchase anything until my current expires? It’s really delayed all my projects today

  • Subscription broken

    Hi - I’ve got the most recent version of the app but my subscription just logged me out and won’t let me back in to access everything. I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro - can you help fix?
  • Great filters but app crashes

    I love this app and my favourite for editing photos and videos. I’ve only had this for one week and it’s no longer working, despite paying for a subscription monthly fee for all access of filters. It now appears with “Tezza” logo across the filters which I originally paid for. Now it’s unable to use, despite taking a monthly subscription. I have redownloaded the app, re-started my phone. Everything I can think of possible. Still no luck and unable to use for editing. Highly disappointing. This app would be the best editing app for photos if it actually worked properly. No way of contact of querying this issue. Just hope this gets fixed and money isn’t taken from other users on this app .

  • Disappointed.

    I absolutely love this app but today I’m not able to use the app. I’ve been subscribing for past few months and never had issues until today. It keeps telling me to subscribe although I already am and just won’t let me use the app features. And it’s a shame because I use this app for all my photos and videos and not able to use it today. And the worst thing is, there is nowhere to contact the app developers for support. And Apple can’t do nothing either.
