Isn’t working
Worked fine for the first three days then stopped logging trips even after resetting my location settings, deleting app and reinstalling. Clearly has bugs.
THIS APP IS SO WEIRD
I had the app because I heard you get money for walking, I was thinking “oh for sure I’ll take money for walking, I LOVE WALKING” but then I found out you had to walk a ridiculously high amount of miles, I CAN’T AFFORD to do that much walking with school, studying, and extracurricular activities. So I deleted the app, hoping that they would get the hint that I clearly was no longer interested in use. Then, I see an EMAIL telling me “Based on your account status, a MAINTENANCE FEE will be applied to your account on Nov 26, 2024. But it’s not too late! You can avoid the MAINTENANCE FEE BY SIMPLY OPENING YOUR APP BEFORE NOV 26,2024.” This is absolutely ridiculous & absurd. Honestly if you don’t want to waste your time with this app, & not get your money stolen from you because you clearly showed no more interest in the app, I highly suggest you DON’T download the app. And they even told me that the fee allows them to keep rewarding OTHER PEOPLE, like I seriously didn’t care because anybody who used the app can earn the miles for themselves still. I’m obviously going to resolve this by downloading the app again, and deleting my account completely. The most horrible regards, and the worst mistake downloading this absolute trash,

I should have read the reviews before downloading
when I found this app is not what I expected the gift cards are limited and it doesn’t have a option close account so I just deleted the app of my phone

The app worked well. But now it won’t open. A waste of time.
app’s run it’s course
as someone who usually NEVER gets apps like these because they didn’t work, i thought i was confident in using and recommending miles to other people. i personally have gotten gift cards from here and believed that the “point system” was one of the fairest ive ever seen (this being one of the main reasons i kept the app). however, now for some reason the app has turned into a total cash grab, all within the spam of one month. you get less points now and have to watch ads to double up, only getting you like 50. that specifically is crazy to be since you used get 40 points every time and were able to double them into 80. this change on its own wouldn’t have been a problem honestly and i wouldn’t have thought to complain. however, now the gift cards and all of the rewards are DOUBLE the price! they used to only be 5000, which was still very reasonable and took a while to collect, but now they cost 10,000. it’s annoyingly greedy to decrease how much you earn only to increase the cost of the prizes. there’s no point in having this app anymore because its’ updates are terrible and the company has allowed the app to lose it’s most charitable trait: its unbiased, fair database. now it seems like its all about the developers and not the app users. it makes me sad that this happened because as i said before this app WAS truly great. im at least thankful i got to see it in its prime, but as of now, its gone TOTALLY downhill and into the trash. uninstalling.

Questionable Data Storage
I liked the app in the beginning because it didn’t take up much space and it provided me with decent rewards for my shared information. Since I joined in July 2022, the app has made some adjustments as all apps are expected to do. Rewards got difficult to obtain, they changed the point tiering system & how many rewards you earn to reap the rewards of sharing your data. Hard part with any amount of change is sticking it out to see how it levels out…but they never stopped changing it and this year they made it highly difficult to cash out your rewards to either gift cards or PayPal. Just before deleting the app, it seems they took the feedback from other users because the reward cash out has returned to a more consistent pace (used to be 2 were rewarded to the quickest visitor every 1.5hrs). My giant gripe was how the app in 2022 would take up around 4-8gb on my phone and now it takes 20gb+. I’m not upgrading my phone when ALL OF MY OTHER APPS take less and there’s been no explanation for why the app takes so much storage. I use another data tracking app for rewards and it takes up about 5gb. My phone can’t handle their storage capacity requirement so I’m deleting the app. Yes I stuck this particular issue out for about a year because it’s a decent app. Give it a try and formulate your own opinion. Remove The Gift Card Wait Times
I’ve cashed out on this app before, and overall I enjoyed this app as someone who drives around frequently. I say *enjoyed* because despite having enough miles to cash out, I quite literally cannot. Not because there’s other requirements or because I’ve reached a limit, but because other people get to the gift cards before me. Yes, I have set timers! I even waited on a page MINUTES before the card would be made available. But even when I did that, the claim button still did not pop up, and someone beat me by 4 seconds. FOUR. Every day. Every TWO HOURS. Only one person (occasionally two if they feel like treating you!) can cash out at a time. Maybe people won’t like this, but I’d rather you act like fetch rewards and make me wait three days to get my card then to constantly compete with other people for even longer than that just to miss the card by mere seconds. At this rate, I think it’ll probably take me WEEKS before I can cash out. Even when I tried in the middle of the night, people are still awake enough to get to the cards before me. I don’t even care for this app anymore, and will probably delete it soon. It was never like this before. I don’t think anybody likes this system, and nobody wants to use their miles on cards that don’t appeal to them in the slightest. Please just trade giving people cards immediately for giving people cards instantly and only having a limited amount of them. PLEASE.

PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM
I downloaded this app over a month ago and now all of a sudden the app itself don’t even want to work. and I know it’s the app because then I used My Son ‘s phone and downloaded the app and it’s doing the same thing there. once I open the app. and at the bottom, it says Home, then to the right of that it says answer and that’s where you answer your trivia but then I click on the next one and it won’t even load up anything to where I can set my trip on where I went and what for. It says unable to load data at this time. It’s been acting this way for close to a week now. I thought maybe the app needed to be updated but nope that’s not the problem. It’s the app itself. and then after I earned over 5000 miles, I tried to go and redeem that for cash. and it’s saying that I only have 2500 miles to spend that I didn’t have enough it takes 5000 points to get $3.00 in cash. and it takes 7500 points to get $5.00 in cash. I have already redeemed cash of $5.00 one timeand then I have redeemed $3.00 twice. Never had a problem until now and within the last almost a week ago. I would appreciate it if I could use the app. because it no longer works correctly. It’s a great app. It is legit a lot of people like it until something like this happens. so please fix the app so others and myself can continue to enjoy using the app because I love the trivia that’s on there. By y’all having trivia within the app we learned so much. And it’s a lot of fun.

Was great until … I Was asked to login to my PayPal
When I went to redeem my points I was asked to enter my PayPal password, have submitted a report asking for an explanation as my other apps only ask for my email or phone number connected to my PayPal account but don’t need the password to deposit the money, haven’t rated yet as I will await the reply before deciding, am still concerned it could be a scam

Complete scam now
Are used to have a five star review for this app I loved it. It was the most awesome app ever but after you cash out gift cards and stuff like that a few times this app starts to get terrible to invest into this app. Basically you get the subscription service to get you extra points and everything like that, all seems OK. You’re making tons of points but with these tons of points, the gift cards are never available anymore so why do you spend all this money to try to make some money when you never cash out the gift cards anymore because they always say 11 hours or available soon and you’re sitting there and sitting there waiting for hours on in for a gift card that never ends up being available soon and then it ends up being 11 hours again or two hours again like it always says and that’s all the time now you can never cash out on a gift card anymore even though that I have over 700,000 miles which is a lot of money but I can’t cash out on a gift card and that’s the scam about this now they got all these people investingmoney into their app, but you can’t cash out anymore. They need to remove these timers off these gift cards where you can just get gift card. Anytime you want why are you paying for something if you can’t cash out?
