Absolutely horrible
First thing is how they screw you over once you redeem your first gift card. Before I redeemed my first gift card 1k miles equaled $10 worth of gift card. Immediately after redeeming a $20 gift card the price for gift cards drastically shot up. Now it’s 2k miles for $1 gift card. That’s complete crap but I figured I’d just keep earning miles in the background without ever having to even worry about the app and once I earn enough to get another gift card I would redeem again. Not only has the updates to the app prevented me from being able to passively get miles (you have to manually click on every trip in the app now), but you also can only redeem ONE gift card worth a maximum of $1 every 72 hours. That’s so stupid.
On top of that, they also took away 100k miles that I had to my profile. I was at over 126k miles and now I’m down to 26k! They literally just erased 100k miles with no warning or reason!! That’s complete garbage and this app is trash and it’s ran by complete scammers.

As our gift card rewards are released with limited quantities, we try our best to ensure all users have the opportunity to redeem for rewards. Manually claiming trips increases your chances to tag and boost your trips, earning you more miles. We do offer automatic trip claim with Miles+, along with 2x the trip boosts to accelerate your earnings. Only users who have not opened Miles for 60 days or more will see a deduction of miles in order to provide a delightful user experience with top tier account security. Additionally, we have introduced many features such as Surveys, Shop & Earn, Trivia, etc. that allow users to earn thousands of miles daily. I don’t know why but I can’t claim my travel miles for a long time. I took a plane but I can’t claim that travel as well. The app always says dismiss, that’s something went wrong.

I've had the app for about 2 1/2 years and when I first had it it tracked your miles and added it all up on its own (no going in and having to click to get your miles added or having to deal with pesky adds) and then you could use the miles you earned to get awards and subscriptions and they actually worked. Today the app has been updated to the point it just isn't worth it, the Mile awards are too high, the adding the miles yourself instead of having them add automatically is tedious, and having adds plastered all over your screen or every time you try to click something just makes the app unusable and useless. The gift cards you were able to bet on and buy were a perfect addition and so was the certain miles multiplier depending on the type of way you traveled, but now with the miles + and the other subscription you have to buy in order to actually get the miles you have done or to make more of the miles you have road just doesn't make any sense. I get the adds but paying for a subscription for an app that's supposed to give you money and discounts so you don't have to spend money doesn't make any sense to me. I miss the 2021/early 2022 version of this app. It's not what it used to be. I’m uninstalling.Show lessMarieee_15

This was a very good app. when I first started using it, then they updated it and changed it. Now they are requesting a monthly or yearly fee for less benefits then what I was originally getting for free. They have now limited it so you can only count five trips today and it’s only a portion of the miles you drive. They did another update yesterday and now instead of being able to cash in Miles for gift cards every day it’s every 72 hours. The gift cards are sometimes $0.25 $0.50 $0.75 and a $1.00. However, they are not available very often. I did really enjoy the app and had referred my son, who download it, and had over 100,000 miles accumulated but since he hadn’t logged in for two months they took 100,000 points for inactivity. He thought he was still accumulating miles and didn’t see any point of logging into the app as he wasn’t going to use them yet. He wanted to let them build up. He did not receive anything saying they were changing everything and I would deduct such a drastic amount of miles in that timeframe. He has now discarded the app. and as soon as I can use up my miles, I will also get rid of it. The app is not worth having anymore!!?Show lessJH#123456

Sort all the app reviews by “Most Helpful” and you’ll see why I’m warning you not to bother. The “rewards” are mostly free trials that you could get without Miles and the rest are mostly small discounts on sites or some products from really sketchy-looking sites that may-or-may-not just steal your money and your info. Their developer responses are insulting. None of what they offer is “unique” or “exclusive.” The high rating in the App Store implies that they paid for fake reviews. The only rewards that would be worth anything are the gift cards, but they’re always sold out and they lowered the value to the point where you can’t help but laugh. 1,250 miles for 25 cents worth of gift cards? 😂 How are you not embarrassed to present something like this as your work? What you’re getting out of this is our personal data and information on where we go. That information has a monetary value. I loved how this app automatically tracks your “miles” for you without having to go in and activating the app before every trip. The rewards were ok before, and I used to be able to get small gift cards are accumulating enough. However, now all gift cards require you to outbid other people using “miles” you earned, which I find so annoying and impossible to redeem. The tier system previously was decent before too, but now makes it impossible to level up a tier (goes by monthly) without either spending money or the type of person who literally does nothing other than moving around. You won’t really earn anything just for exercising or driving around for errands. I am hoping they change this back to the way it used to.Show lessMai Ogawa

We have certain gift cards that restock daily, ranging in value of $0.25-$1.00. Other values of gift cards are released for special campaigns and raffles. There is currently a limit set in place for buy now purchases of one a day to allow for more users to have an opportunity to redeem for a gift card. We have made exciting new changes that separate the gift card rewards from the offers. Now you no longer need to spend your Miles to activate the offers, and can use your Miles on the gift card rewards!Just an App that makes you pay for free things
So… aside from the $5 gift cards that you can redeem an asanine amount of miles for there is literally nothing else that the app has to offer. All of the “deals” that you can redeem your miles for are just the regular free trials that are already available to anybody who wants it. They also have all of the same stipulations as those free trials: you must be a new customer, and this is a one-time-use free month and that’s it. If people who already had these subscriptions could add free months with our miles that would actually be a reward! But as it stands right now they’re literally charging us miles for free things that we don’t even need this app to get…

Like I’ve stated in the title, this app is for those who had an IEP in schooling and/or those who collect SSDI monthly. You’ll get literally nowhere while using this app. It’s pointless and designed literally for the developers to benefit from it entirely. Everything is so fake on this app. You shouldn’t even bother to download it because it’s all a joke. I always try to redeem my miles for gift cards, but it says they’re all sold out. They make you raffle on it, and they’re pathetically low offers. 25 cents to 5 dollars. I’ve made raffles plenty of times and see it’s just a scam. I doubt anyone actually wins these cards and if they do, how can you actually feel rewarded or even good about your pathetic self walking all over you city with false hope. 😂 Such a shame. Whenever gift card rewards get posted, they go so unbelievably fast. I clicked a link via email literally 3 minutes after receiving the email & the rewards were sold out. This happens A L L the time. I have 20,000+ miles after using this app for approximately a year, and I can’t use the miles on anything because the rewards are either hard to come by, or are some kind of B$ Instagram influencer type deal - like $10(ish) off a hello fresh meal plan? Practically worthless. ETA: They only track SOME of my trips. This removed me from platinum status so I no longer get notifs about gift card offers. Was working great until that. Now it seems lazy.
