With my iPhone 12max , I updated app and it just gets stuck and does not open.
Tried uninstall and install still same issues.

Not working after iOS 17.0.2

TelstraSuper App doesn’t work after iOS 17.0.2 on iPhone 11. The first screen is presented but no options to log in are available.

Very slow

App from tech giant can be better…very slow, transactions would never load…can be further improved and optimized

Slow since last up

It is now painfully slower than the previous update. It should have been tested before release.

Slowest app ever

This app is so frustrating, it takes forever to load…5mins to bring up a screen. 1990’s called and they want their dial up speeds back

Minimum Viable Product

Please remember the most import word in MVP is viable.
An app that takes 10-20 seconds to load each page is not a viable product.
The solution architects need to come up with a better solution to connect to the backend and load data in a reasonable timeframe.
Time to start again from scratch rather than simply make an app that ticks the boxes on the super ratings questionnaire

This app would not let me review without at least 4 stars. Wow, see my previous comment in which I could only submit my issue with 4 star rating. I wanted to give it 3 stars. Very suspicious TelstraSuper. Smoke and mirrors? Really? Now I question any of the ratings on this site.

Statement functionality doesn’t work

Errors out when attempting to download a statement. Haven’t been able to access this functionality since launch.

Lacks everything needed to manage my superannuation effectively only provides the most basic functionality. Do better Telstra

Good apart from statements area not working

The app is a good idea. It’s easy to use and was working when I first downloaded it. Since updates after that though the statements area is always broken and says “something went wrong”. It would be great to see that fixed.
