Beware!! Lenovo has HUGE - months and months shipping delays! Do not believe their descriptions that say products will be delivered in 4-9 days, it is an outright lie!! What they don’t tell you is that is the delivery time oF 4-9 days is ONLY AFTER the shipping company has it. Lenovo itself is not able to deliver any products literally for months after you place your order.Show lessmad-mad-consumer

Terrible warranty support
I sent in my Lenovo Flex 5 for warranty repair 7 weeks ago and have checked for an update on the app and website continuously. Despite calling in four times, no status updates have ever been posted and I’m still without a laptop. If you depend on your laptop, I would not recommend Lenovo based on this terrible experience.Show lesseshuai8675309
Works in portrait mode only
I use a keyboard on an iPad. Most iPads have keyboards now that only work in Landscape mode. Hard to red sideways.Gherman22
