With your permission, agents have the ability to see what you choose to show them using the camera on your smartphone or tablet. How to use: 1) Install the application 2) Launch the application 3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by the support agent 4) Point the camera at the issue

Such a horrible app but great when it decides to work

Wow I’ve never experienced a more sometimesy app than this. Literally tried to get this to work for troubleshooting for an hour yesterday, nothing. Today it magically works. The feed gets disconnected and I try it again with a different agent. Now it won’t connect 🙄🙄🙄 Arise needs to find another company to do this with.
