Great potential, barely customizable
The biggest and most glaring isssue is that as soon as you turn these on it starts the dimming process unless you pause it. Ideally I just want to have them turn on either manually by flipping it or pushing a button (like a normal bedroom lamp) as well as have a set time to turn on automatically (through the app) and then set a bed time that will start the dimming process. Right now there’s no way to do any of this. If there is then I can’t figure it out and it’s rather disappointing. It seems like you’d want this functionality before you even ship it.
It definitely feels like these changes can be implemented but it’s unclear if that is even in the works. If not then these aren’t right for me and I’ll have to return them and look elsewhere - but I really want these so it’s sad.

Hi there - We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback. I’m sorry to hear about this experience. As we continue to improve and iterate on Glow, will keep this feedback in mind!
WEEKEND MODES PLEASE!!
Thanks
Brandon
V1 is flawed in hardware and software
Allow us to easily turn off the light if we want to sleep after it wakes us up. Turning it around is too much work. A simple tap.
Allow us to set a different wake up times for weekends and holidays.
The device is nice but it would have been much better if the plastic was less grippy and more smooth. It makes too much noise when twisting it in the base which is also grippy plastic.
The base charger should have been USB C to make it portable everywhere. Nobody wants an extra big charger. This is ridiculous.
The buttons themselves are so uneven in its press it cheapens the whole device.
Also no HomeKit support. Seriously? Casper May not be around in 2 years but Apple will. Don’t leave us with a brick.

Glow Schedule
I would like to suggest to the design team to allow for a different wake up time for each day
If you split just by week days and weekend you may not catch what all users may need
But for sure please add more options on the wake up schedule
Otherwise pretty cool
A good start
Great little lights
1. It would be nice to flip the function of the button so that it triggers the timed dimming and the default function is to hold a steady light level.
2. The wake up programming should support setting a different time for different days of the week.
Love it, but alarm needs day of week setting
As with my own, as soon as the first weekend hit, both my wife and daughter were upset. They want to sleep in on weekends. Please add this to your settings so I don’t need to manually change it every Friday and Sunday

Hey, Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate it. We hear you on the wake up schedule. We are working on it and looking at adding this functionality in upcoming updates so please let your wife and daughter know. Thanks.
