  • Too expensive

It’s a pretty well designed app, but $80 a year for something a simple spreadsheet could do is insane. I would pay $80 for lifetime.
  • Add more Apple health content!

I have everything connected to Apple health, my BMI scale, fasting apps and workout apps aswell as keto mojo. It would make your app amazing if I can see everything in one place that is connected to Apple health i just hate how Apple health is in so many different areas! Only seeing the little bit of information when Apple health has SO MUCH is a little disappointing. Looking forward to more improvements to make ur app amazing! The tile idea is awesome just have more content when syncing with Apple health and I’m sure it will make you guys the number one app for health!

We just added a bunch more Apple Health metrics :) Please download our latest version.
  • Useless: No email, no support

Didn’t receive start up email. Went to website and resubmitted using their link. Nothing. You would also think that the app should give the option to resend email.
  • Basic app, DO NOT BUY IF ALL YOU NEED IS GKI

Nice company, good people, it’s just not polished. It’s hard for me to justify paying for this service when all I need it for is to calculate my GKI. Beyond that all it does is hook into your other health data collection sources and try’s to be another Apple Health app. Except you pay for it.

App’s UI is very basic and doesn’t support the latest iPhone screen layouts. UI gets cut off because of this.

It doesn’t need to support both landscape and portrait views. Also going from both landscape and portrait layouts causes the UI to break.

iPad version is nothing but the iPhone version but stretched out. No real need for an iPad version, or at least build the layout to make use of the extra screen space. Split view controller maybe.

The dashboard is very boring, and not very useful at a glance. Spice it up a little. You can tell a lot more thought went into the desktop browser version.

While looking at the detailed tile pressing share causes the top nav bar to show another title on top.

App crashes when trying to use the app while losing data connection.

    Dark mode doesn’t switch automatically

Redundant navigation with a side menu and a tab bar controller that both do the same thing.

Log out needs a confirm dialog

Check for updates needs a progress or complete dialog

Adding a photo to an account is very flaky. You can’t tell if your photo is being uploaded or if it has failed, just leaves you hanging. Then nothing.

The app needs a walk through guide just like the website. Adding sources, and titles is not as straight forward as it could be. After doing so should return you to the dashboard.

As far as the core functionality, it works. It hasn’t crashed during ideal conditions, but it feels rushed and poorly maintained. I’ll continue to try it for the trial period, but as far as I can tell there isn’t enough value to warrant paying for it.

The only reason why I’m using this app is because it has its hooks into the Keto mojo app. Apple health does a much better job at doing what this app and service is trying to do.

  • Fantastic app to motivate me to optimize my health and keto lifestyle

Great app that lets me track all my health data in one place! The mobile app lets me see the numbers I care about tracking on my dashboard: GKI, fasting glucose, blood ketones (via KetoMojo), sleep and HRV data (via Oura ring), steps, how much alcohol I drank the night before, weight, insulin and HbA1C (imported from LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics) and more!

I’m able to go even further with my data when I log into the web app, where I can graph any biomarker or biometric I care about, which allows me to reflect on my progress, rather than fixate or obsess over day-to-day fluctuations with any number (ex. Weight, ketones, glucose). As long as my numbers (I have prediabetes and my husband, who uses this too, had cancer) are trending in the right direction. And if not, I just course-correct. I’ve used this app on the web since 2016 and it’s helped me stay motivated to keep keto-ing on, now fully keto-adapted for over a year! Now that the mobile app is recently out, I’m excited about how easy it is to use and know this mobile app will just keep getting better and better.

If you care about your health, and are truly motivated to make a change, whatever diet you’re following, this app is highly recommended!

  • Broken on iOS 13?

When this works again, I’ll move it back to 4 stars. iOS 13 has been in beta for months, but not tested by you guys?
  • Apple Health

I’ve had app for months and it’s added my steps with no problems. But now it won’t update since June 7th. I’ve tried to delete the Steps tile and the re-added it and still it only enters the steps to June 7th and nothing after. How can I get to update daily again. I use my Apple Watch to track my steps.

Sorry about the trouble. Our Apple Health integration was in need of an upgrade and we are in the process of a complete re-write. We will notify all users once this is ready.
  • Still frustrating

The app is not ready for use. I have to go to web browser to add tiles and I can't get the fasting timer at all in the app. It doesn't sync sometimes. Not what it could be, yet.
  • Great App

This app is awesome! Tracks all my most important health data. Love it
