  • App should be updated to not rely on Bluetooth

Trying to open a door with a Bluetooth device paired is almost impossible. This is something that could be easily fixed if devs added Apple Wallet compatibility.
  • Works sometimes but needs at least a widget to add to home screen

I mean app is fine, sometimes it doesnt work. All the reviews are asking for apple wallet, but all i want is a widget that i can add to my home screen.
  • THIS APP IS THE WORST RUN AWAY FROM IT

This app is so bad right now i’m locked out of my apartment it’s raining and it’s so cold and what do you know the app is not working and letting my keys work AT ALL i pay for this apartment and this service this app is just so bad turn this app to enable a digital wallet for apple and samsung so it doesn’t rely on an apps function cos it takes 10-15 seconds for it to load up and get the “on screen card”

Any companies that rely on this is solely lacking the research and resources to find better apps it’s unreliable and slow do better.

  • i HATE that i have to open my phone every time i have to go home

connect to apply wallet/apple pay NOWWW
  • Needs Apple Wallet Support

No idea why the devs don’t listen to customers but it needs Apple Wallet support to be practical. I’m screwed if my phone dies because then i’m locked out of my apartment. At least with Apple Wallet support I could still get into my apartment if my phone is dead.
  • App doesn’t work on iPhone 14 and up

Tap the phone to the lock and Apple Pay opens up instead because it’s not being properly suppressed. This is really shoddy dev. Not impressed. App is useless now.
  • Apple Wallet

I don’t know if the creators of this app just don’t care about their customers or something but every single review asks to make the key compatible on apple wallet. Please just do it.
  • Not Compatible with Apple Wallet

If the app had capability to be added on the Apple wallet it would be a great way of accessing the door. The way the app is now you have to open the app in order to open/lock your door, and this creates the issue where if your phone dies then you’ll be locked out of your apartment. If it was on the Apple wallet you could simply double click your power button and open your door, which to me would be so much more viable and solve a lot of the inconvenience the way the apps operates now.

  • Please add apple wallet support!!

So annoying that you have to open the app and tap your apartment every single time you need to go inside.
  • Ignoring Community Requests and Hindered Usability

I've been a Livvi app user and while the idea of a digital key is compelling, the execution is flawed and impractical. The necessity to unlock and open the app each time to access my key is more than inconvenient - it disrupts the entire user experience. The developers appear to be lackadaisical in their response to feedback. Many users, including myself, have frequently requested integration with features like Apple's Wallet for easier, quicker access. Despite this, it feels like our voices are unheard, our feedback ignored. The developers' laziness is evident in their failure to implement these necessary improvements. It's immensely disappointing to see how the developers of Livvi continue to neglect these community requests. Their apathy and lethargy in making these improvements is frustrating. Digital convenience is crucial in today's world and Livvi's developers, by showing such laziness, are holding the app back from reaching its full potential. The most baffling part of this ordeal is the sheer inaction from the developers. There is a clear demand for this feature, expressed repeatedly by the community. Their laziness in overlooking this feedback and not implementing these essential improvements reflects poorly on their commitment to the app and its users. I strongly urge the Livvi team to reconsider their stance and prioritize the user's convenience and practicality. Shaking off this apparent laziness, listening to your community, and acting on their feedback is not just good practice—it's the backbone of any successful application.
