Amazing kit
The camera is amazing, the back up support are second to none, it is so simple to set up and use.
Great, but App features could be better.
I’m happy with the video quality with both my front door camera and driveway. Although the driveway battery drains too quickly for my liking. It would be helpful to set daily timers in the App to help save unnecessary alerts and save the battery. Otherwise it’s a great system, good clear video and easy set up.

Not the best
Most of my family members have Ring video doorbells and they seem to be much better quality. They actually record as soon as somebody comes up on the porch. The Toucan cameras do not do that. Somebody can literally go out the door and it doesn’t record it at all or so they can come walking in the door and it doesn’t record it, but it might record five minutes later somebody else coming to the door. It’s just not the best and I’ve had to have them replaced numerous times because I just quit working.

Disappointed
His doorbell camera was working fine at first, but little by little it started giving me a bunch of problems. First thing that I noticed is that when somebody knocks on the door or ring the doorbell, the person is already gone by the time I answer why does it take so long? I don’t know, but it doesn’t make any sense, there’s been a lot of problems little little problems here and there now I have now I can’t even use it because it keeps saying that it’s off-line I’ve done everything everything to work and not working. I was trying to get a hold of customer service and they weren’t even available. It’s a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this item to anybody at all, customer support no waste of money

Criminal activity reduced
The cameras were instrumental in catching 2 criminals, one young woman slashing a tire and my stepson stealing my wife’s car.

Good value for money
The vision is very clear and can detect motion very well. I would highly recommend the security videos cameras. The downside of the door bell video camera is it needs changing after every 4 days

Toucan is great value for money, the only issue I have is there is a small delay in notifications and very occasionally it struggles to connect, but most of the time it’s fine.
