Great really helpful

I downloaded this app to use as something to track my daily anxiety, and to have a record to share during CBT therapy. It was recommended by a friend (from an Aspergers social/support group) and it’s so helpful, it was immediately helpful and I started to see what anxiety triggers were for me, I loved the daily tips and am using them. They have been great help while recovering from depression and anxiety.

A couple weeks in, the app updated and I lost all my logs, back to the start. So I was sad about that. The new layout is a bit harder for me to follow (not as simple) and the one thing I really miss is after logging a difficult day it used to ask me “What are you looking forward to?” just having those buttons with positive options was so so helpful - like it gave me a step forward, and reminded me tomorrow there will be something nice to aim for. In the update that’s gone.
The update does now allow log in to the journal entries more than once a day which is great and means I can access it to share in therapy.

Great app, thank you very much!

Actually invested in helping the autistic community

I saw this in a group I was in and was impressed by a customer service response which immediately prompted them to update the app to be more inclusive. I downloaded it and am very excited to support a company that actually cares about autistic people. Thank you!

Great concept, but poorly implemented.

Not the best designed app.

Built something similar for my autistic self using google forms & a notification app (eg todoist). My solution functioned better.

This app is too clunky, poorly integrated.

Disappointed

I was looking at this app for my son and thought it was free as there was no mention of a price of the App store - now been charged even though I have not downloaded it. Needs clearer information that it is a paid for app.

Not finished!

I was really enjoying this app until I got to day 14 where it just stopped. I was notified that there were no more tips - my anxiety was not reassessed as promised and no more mountain to work up. Really disappointed. This app should not have been released if it wasn’t finished especially as it’s aimed at autistic people.
