Easy to use

The app is really easy to use, telling you all you need to know about the status of the device. And if you have a spill, the airbag does it’s job!

Yes it costs more than I wanted- but it’s top quality

The initial cost I got over, I’m trying to get over the subscription!!

The best is comfy!!!

My air bag KLIM vest

I highly recommend this vest. So easy and confortable to use.
Fortunately I never had to put it to real test.
But all updates are easy to install

Support

Appalling support especially for a safety product.
Contacted customer services who washed their hands of me as I don’t have access to a PC. Just a useless piece of junk now. I’d advise paying the extra for Alpinestars.

So far I’m liking the app and my Klim vest…

The app is pretty straight forward and it always connects easily to the vest. The vest is very nice and well constructed. It gets a bit warm in the summer but it will be a plus in cooler weather. The vest has a very important job to do, so it’s constructed to perform. My old Helite vest wasn’t so hot because it went over my jacket but it was substantially heavier than my Klim vest.
