Makes me feel safer

With a sensible price , this is now a piece of equipment I couldn’t ride without. Hopefully I’ll never fully test it !

Simple yet complete.

The app is clean and easy to use. A new software update for the IN and Box was easy to accomplish. The Apple Watch app allows me to easy check the system status and battery.

Still learning its function.

I’m still in learning mode. I have wore it on one ride. Hardly knew it was on. Very good fit.

Rst jacket

I have owned this jacket for around six weeks and used it almost every day very comfortable and also not to hot in this Heatwave we are currently in in the uk so would recommend Thanks

It just works!

It’s not bulky under my gear, almost forget I’m wearing it while riding. It inflated and functioned as designed and marketed during an accident in adventure mode and saved my back from much more serious possible injury. Glad I own it and it’s apart of my gear.

Gives you lots of information and updates easily. Wouldn’t feel safe without the vest now.

Amazing support

I had some initial difficulties the first time I wanted to use my In&Motion airbag. Turns out the application server was down due to some unusual event. I called and they texted me back. After that I had some of the usual “stupid user error” questions that I wasn’t able to resolve on my own. I sent photos, and received photos and explanations back. Everything solved on the first inquiry, works great. Thankfully I can’t tell you how it performs when deployed, as I have not had a wreck, but I am perfectly happy so far.

Buggy app

The app seems a bit buggy to me. Contact form does not work in the app and the widget feature does not seem to be available.
