Terrible, waited 45 minutes for a tuk tuk 5 minutes away
Sometimes this app works but very rare. Sometimes you wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for a tuk tuk that doesn’t move 5 minutes away. Customer service, if you can even contact them, are useless
Paying for express service is a scam?
Recently there is new feature to pay extra 10 thb for express service. It always shows the car is right by my location and gives me an “almost here” pop up and an estimate of <5 minutes. Then I hurry downstairs only to wait 15 minutes for the car to not arrive. This happened multiple times and I have waited for half an hour with no car as I’m writing this review. Is the location shown even real or this feature you just pretend a car is close when I pay the 10 THB?

Tuktuk reimagined!
If you love Tuktuk but are annoyed by the loud noise, haggling, and sometimes speeding drivers, then you should try Muvmi. App is user friendly enough (could be better).
With the app, we found that we could not just enter the destination address that we wanted. The address would not come up on the Search result or it would not tell us the nearest pick up or drop off point like how Grab does it. So we had to use Google Map to see roughly where on the map the destination is, then we would use/drag the map on Muvmi to find that location and find the nearest drop off point. Pick up point was much easier. It recognised our current location (hotel) instantly.
Drivers were very polite and professional. All the tuktuks were clean, comfortable and reliable. It wasnt hot like the normal tuktuks because no heat from the engine underneath

Convenient…. When it arrives
The timer is so innacurate sometimes. You’ll end up waiting three to four times what it says initially sometimes, and others it will randomly come super quickly when you’re not prepared. I’ve also had a tuk tuk coming in -“6 minutes” only to get replaced with one 20+ mins away.
We love riding in an electric tuk tuk, and the drivers are usually very kind and professional, but the app and waiting experience stinks.

Time of wait for the service
Time of wait for the service most of the time is inaccurate you can have to wait up to 45 minutes for a service that the app said would be 20 max
Need improvement
There are so many things that need to be improved but over all it’s quite good, it’s clean and environment friendly, the price is affordable and less waiting time now compares to the time when it was newly introduced. I respect the founder/s who think about community and it helps a lot especially to expats who live in the neighborhood and don’t have a car. Keep up the good work.

Great way to reach the last mile. Eco. Friendly service. I once left a bag in the back of a TUK TUK and was able to recover it within 30mins. Customer support is top notch!
