So much fun!
Love tuktuks! They are so much cuter and more efficient than cars, plus safer than motorcycles. Super useful for short trips in Bangkok. Hoping this app expands soon to sutthisan area!$$stine
Great for getting around Bangkok!!
I’m a tourist in Bangkok and when I travel I like to use transportation that the locals use. I feel like it lets me see more of an area. This app is convenient and easy to navigate. I like knowing what the price is up front and because local Thai people are using the service I know it’s a fair price. The tuk tuk are clean and easy to climb into. I feel safe using this service. Two suggestions- let me load my picture into my profile so drivers recognize me, since I’m a tourist that surprised some drivers. Also I would like a list where I can save my favorite stops. A great option in Bangkok
I really like this app. So far when I've used it, it's easy to see where the car is after you request a pickup, and the drivers are very nice and accomodating.
There are a few limitations to be aware of. For example you are limited to the pickup and dropoff points that are already in the app. So you might need to walk a little extra before or after your ride. Some drivers are nice enough to drop you off a little closer to your destination if it isn't in the app though.
You also cannot use this app to travel across the city. It's only for traveling within a set area. So you have to choose On Nut, Silom, Sukhumvit, etc, and you can't travel outside of that area once you've selected it. It's really great for things like getting to or from the BTS station to your destination or back again though.
Also note that this isn't like Grab or Bolt with hundreds of drivers. There is a limited number of drivers and tuktuks, so consider this as one option. When you're in need of a ride, request and see how far away the next available driver is. If it's too long then cancel without any penalties and try another app. It's great if you just consider it as one of your options and don't rely on it exclusively because it might be 30 minutes until a car can get to you.
Finally the service stops at 9pm in Bangkok, so it's not always available.
With those things in mind I've enjoyed every ride I've taken. The tuktuks are large and comfortable and the drivers are safe and friendly. You have the flexibility to choose how many people will be traveling with you for a shared ride, or you can request a private 6 seat car all for yourself and your friends.
Suggestions to improve would be allowing tipping within the app, and being able to submit feedback to add a pickup point to the map.Show lessBestplay3
Not worth the trouble
The service is incredibly slow and inconvenient which means the prices you pay as a consumer are ridiculously expensive. You will frequently wait 15-30 min to take a 5 min ride that it is easier and cheaper with other services. Never correct timing and no way to contact driver
Due to the nature of this ride sharing you never truly know when the tuktuk will be showing up. The estimated times are completely inaccurate and they will often appear after having said they are 20 minutes away. You only have one minute to scan in as well when they arrive. If you’re extremely flexible when you want to leave then its a good option (for example if you’re window shopping in a mall). But if you have to get somewhere in a set amount of time, forget it.Show lessrvw91
The service is getting worse and worse.
The app showed 1-2 minutes away from pick-up location but the car is like miles away from it. Doesn't care about customer's time and energy.
So frustrating.
It's cheap, but not worth the frustration.

Bad review
Super long to wait for a car. If you want to go somewhere on time or in time, don’t use this. Use only when you have no other option or you have so much free time to wait like 30 minutes to 45 minutes.PoeOu95

The idea and staff are wonderful except the app.
Pros: clean, environment friendly, affordable
Cons:
1. the pick up points make it very difficult to book. Customer should be picked up where ever they are. Sometimes you don’t know the name of the point near the place you are going to. So limited.
2. Can’t book multiple routes or round trip at once like grab. After one passenger get off, another one has to book all over again
3. The app is slow and not accurate. Arrival time estimates are so wrong
4. Not many cars available which makes the waiting time so long. Average is 15-30 mins which is ridiculously long.
If all this cons are fixed then electric Tuktuk would be an excellent choice for Bangkokians and the environmentShow lessHathaiwan2003

Good app for electrical Tuktuk in Bangkok. Highly recommend. The only flaw in the app is that one can’t see the pick up time before requesting the car. So if the pick up time is too long or fast then has to cancel the request.Anyasupp
