Long Waits and Bugs
The app is quite buggy. But moreover a fundamental flaw is that you cannot see how long a cart will take to arrive before you purchase it. Estimated pick up times swing wildly between. 15-25 minutes and then 2-5 minutes with no in between. Furthermore you can’t ever see how far a tuk-tuk is away because half the time the GPS on these cars don’t work well enough. Can’t imagine paying for this service unless some bigger issues are resolved.Show lessKdwagner
