Location
When you arrive at copart it says your not at the site when you are and location is turned on so you cant mark as arrived always have to go to office to sort it
Necessary Evil
This is the glitchiest, least thought out app on my phone. Constantly crashes, locational services run my battery down, doesn’t work offline/out of service. Some trips/orders automatically get accepted and can get lost in the mix if you are not mindful. Developers are certainly leaving a lot of room for improvement.

Growing up in Copart when it was dealers only a lot has changed and takes getting use to but this app is just as simple and useful as it gets.
This is a general review for Copart Lasting longer & no good customer service
I have been in many Copart locations to pick up cars in USA what I have seen and heard is that at the most places there is not good service at all, drivers complains about arriving early regarding the appointment but not getting loads on time. Copart representatives in the offices and forklift drivers are mean(arrogant) to visitors. May need to hire some forklift driver to help when it busy

Didn’t work
My first time using the app, very disappointed with the results, location accuracy was way out on arrival to Copart, I couldn’t arrive because it said I was in a field and not at a Copart site
Collection team
The guys at the East Kilbride vehicle collection are very helpful and go beyond to help you I had an issue with my transportation vehicle and they sorted out my issues for me as if nothing was a problem 10/10 thanks guys.
Stop f with it
It was good and working just fine then you kept updating it and changing things so now it randomly logs out you take a picture and it now tells you take a picture because the picture you took the first time was exactly what it asked for it, and whats really irritating, is requesting locations be on, yes having a phone is nice but having a phone with a battery is better

Crashes with latest update
Prior to this update it worked well. My only request would be to use photos from my storage so I don’t have to stand in the rain to use the app. Since the update it crashes after loading.

No customer care at all all one way refund your money and you’re not allowed to have it back in your bank it’s just in credit in your account Bristol is the worst branch out of the whole company
