The new face thing don’t work and only sends you back to where you was and every day I have to put in a new password as it keeps forgetting the one I put in

Worked ok until the latest update.

This app worked ok until the recent update. Some yards still don’t have a clue how to use it right and now the app is way harder to use and very glitchy.

Add the paste option back please… I can’t sit here and type each number one by one. And switch from app to website…. I copy and paste in app, then type in buyer number simple and efficient. As a transporter it is imperative.

Who knows what to do next once you get through the maze of getting in. Add a load, then schedule, then arrive all done by stumbling around and wasting time. I’m lucky I got the right car

Time and locations

I been using transport app and sometimes is ok but most times the yard location disappears wen you set appointments and vehicles are in sub lot not in the location indicated please our time as transports drivers work per job and it takes a lot of our time to just have one vehicle pick up. Also we made appointment and the window frame time is too narrow a lot of things may change in traffic and the office at certain locations they are to not considerate. Wen we come from far out town thank you if adjustment can be made to facilitate our job we be happy to coordinate our selfs

Waited over an hour for loading ... not great after booking. For a change staff at this site were very good unlike others I can mention! Thanks

Service information

App works fine from what little experience I have with it.
I think it would be helpful, and quicker for service providers, if service info was available BEFORE assigning a driver and response time.

Crapart

Copart are useless for anything other than having cars for sale and allowing you to pay. That all works fine. Now try to speak to someone or make a claim, or even pick a car up. The staff talk to you like you are scum while they are earning minimum wage.
How are you getting on with their transportation app? With the money they take their system should be faultless.

Add confirm

When closing out an open order really need to add a confirm option to the discard option. So annoying when I accidently select discard and have to re take pictures of all documents and car.
